Your entire group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located beautiful home!! Easy drive to Zion NP, Sand Hollow, Zion Canyon Hot Springs, St. George, and golf courses. Bring your SXS's or mountain bikes and ride straight from the house to 100's of miles of trails!! When you're not exploring, enjoy the massive covered patio with private pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, putting green, yard games, and 360 degree views - Zion Nat'l Park to the east, Kolob Canyon directly north, and stunning Mesa's in every direction.

5 Bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and powder bath off the fully stocked kitchen. Pool toys for the kids, floats for the adults. Coffee on the front porch while enjoying the amazing views of Southern Utah.

There is a fee to heat the pool in the winter. $200.00 initial + $50.00/day. Please let us know several days ahead of your arrival so it has time to get up to temperature.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Climbing the rock wall.
No diving head first into the pool.

This house was a fantastic find for our group of friends. The layout was ideal, offering both plenty of shared space and dedicated bathroom for each bedroom. The private pool was a great addition. While we had a minor issue with the pool at the start of our stay, the hosts were incredibly responsive and had it fixed right away. We were very impressed with the quick service and the overall quality of our stay. We highly recommend it for any group looking for a comfortable and convenient getaway.

WOW!!!

Stayed here 4 days with family - 3 teenagers, and did daily adventures in Zion. Place is incredible and totally tricked out. Zion is crazy busy. I would commit to getting up early and be in the park around 7 am. Try dinner at Wild Thyme Cafe - it was amazing. And have at least one breakfast or brunch at The Park House.

Absolutely deserving of 5 stars all around! Trish has truly thought of everything to ensure a perfect stay. From high-quality appliances and kitchen tools to beautiful furnishings and lighting, every detail was carefully considered. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the thoughtful touches, like robes for the hot tub, were so appreciated. Trish was always quick to respond to our messages, making sure we had everything we needed—and more. The house is nestled in a stunning location, just a short drive from Zion National Park, which we visited multiple times a day. After long hikes, we were able to unwind in the hot tub, making the experience even more relaxing. Thank you so much, Trish!

Perfect!!

This home is amazing! So clean, well stocked, comfortable, fun, and classy!! We booked as a family of 8 (parents and 6 kids/spouses in their 20’s) and it was perfect for everyone to have their own bed/bath and privacy. There was plenty of seating to hang out on the sectional together and at the dining table. The kitchen was so well-designed and was stocked with everything you need for cooking - even some spices and basic pantry items, foil, ziplock bags, etc. We grilled outside and relaxed in the pool after hiking in Zion. The park entrance in Springdale is an easy 20 minute drive away. There are plenty of restaurants there if you aren’t cooking at home. We came for the park, but absolutely just could have stayed at the house and felt like we were on vacation! They thought of everything. I highly recommend.

We are two married couples that built this home as a joint venture. We plan to use it as well to escape northern Utah winters. Sadly, we're not retired yet, but hope to use the home more as we get to that point hopefully sooner than later. We are good friends and love to travel together, play golf, camp, etc. We're all from the Salt Lake / Park City area.

Why they chose this property

We love the views and proximity to Zions, Kolob, and St. George. We love to camp, be outdoors, ride our SXS's, and golf, so this property is close to all of those things.

What makes this property unique

Views!! The layout was built for short term rental, so everyone gets their own bathroom and space. TV's in every room when you need to escape the chaos of travelling with a big family, or noisy friends. Huge kitchen, dining, and great room to gather everyone for meals, visiting, games. Fantastic patio and pool to fully relax and unwind after a big day hiking, riding sxs or mtn bikes, or playing golf.
