  Great place to stay in Miami. Close to everything but far enough away to enjoy a quiet evening. Nicholas always does a great job.

  We have been staying in condo's of this particular owner for the last 2 summers in June. We have had greats stays, and the owners are very nice. The location is perfect, and for the last 2 years we have been in town for the NBA finals. There are lovely shops and places to eat within walking distance. It is also a 5 minute drive to South Beach, so you are close enough to enjoy, but far enough away to get out of the madness. I would recommend this condo to all!!

  We stayed at this condo about 2 weeks ago and it was BEAUTIFUL!!! the condo looks exactly the same as the pictures. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. It's only a 5 min drive to Miami Beach and it's right down the street from a shopping mall and restaurants.Great price! We would definitely stay here again!

  I really enjoyed my stay in this condo. The owner was easy to deal with and to get ahold of and the place was great. Had a great view and the area it was in was very safe. I would definitely stay here again.

  We loved our stay here. The owner Nicolas was great. The view was incredible and the location perfect for visiting our son and Grandson in Coral Gables. It is also conveniently located for good restaurants, groceries, and shopping. We will definitely stay with Nicolas again.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway.

  When we walked into the 17th floor condo, we were all stunned. This place, located in midtown/downtown, has an AMAZING view over the water! 2 great bedrooms! and two fabulous bathrooms. Also, Nicolas was extremely responsive when we asked for another coffee maker and how to make the WI-FI work. He sent someone over the next day to fix both of these things! It was awesome! We ended up spending the night in a few nights because the condo and view created a great atmosphere. Every morning we woke up to the sun streaming through the windows (unless we put down the blinds :)) and we sat out on the balcony, enjoyed the weather and again, the view. Anyone should be happy to stay here!! It's a great price during a time when everything else was quite expensive. The only issue for people may be the distance from South Beach, but we weren't looking for that type of atmosphere and we borrowed a car for the week, so the 10 minute drive wasn't an issue.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
