  Thank you to the owners. The condo was very comfortable, clean and fit what we were looking for. It was home away from home. The little touches such as the shampoo and body soap, the clean thick towels, and the well-equipped kitchen was very welcoming. We were able to see relatives and friends and know that we could come back to a safe, secure place. The gardens, playground and pool areas were well maintained, too. I would certainly recommend this to others.

  We wanted to stay close to our son and his family but not with them. The condo was just as described, clean, furnished with everuthing. Close to everything we wanted to see, downtown, beaches, etc. We would recommend the condo to family, friends, very comfortable we were sad to leave. We are not sure if our son will be here because of a job change if it doesn't go through we will be back for sure. Thanks Daskha and Suran Jane and Ron

  We stayed in this condo for over 4 weeks in January 2013, to spend our vacation and to see our family in San Diego. What we look for in a vacation is peace and quiet. We prefer hiking, to sit on the patio, relax and enjoy the weather. THE CONDO: It is nicely decorated,well-equiped and clean. It is big enough for 2 adults and 2 children. The condo is somewhat noisy, in our view. THE PATIO: It is facing south and will fit 2 people. It is overlooking the parking lot. One-quarter of the patio is taken up by a satellite dish. REMARK 1: We stayed here for over 4 weeks.We did not know ahead of time that during over two of those weeks the roof of the building would be replaced. Perhaps the owners din't know that too.We were bothered by construction noise, dust and debris falling down, a noisy generator right outside the condo, traffic of workmen and trucks. Trucks were sometimes even parked against the patio. In our view this caused us a lot of discomfort. Unforntunately the owners were not willing to refund a small part of the rental rate, due tot the fact that the construction soured our stay very much. Although we understand the owners were not directly responsable for the discomfort, we have difficulty finding this customer-friendly. We let an apartment ourselves, so we are familiar with having to deal with unexpected events and how to get along with - somtimes disappointed - guests. All in all, the condo is nice, but did not provideus the quiet and pleasant stay we were looking for. We will not come back here. REMARK 2: Once back in Europe we did send on 2/20/13 the owners pictures of above mentioned construction works. After seeing this pictures the owners offered us a discount on our next stay. However we will not come back here,

Concerning the discomfort during roof restoration through HOA, as you know we could not control the outside work done by HOA and unfortunately part of during your stay the roof-restoration work was going on. Hope you understand. After looking the pictures we could see the traffic and feel your discomfort and immediately I have offered you discount for your next stay. As you can see on VRBO reviews our all past guest had great experience staying at the condo and have not had any issue and always enjoy their stay.

  The condo was exactly as pictured. Very clean and comfortable. The easy access to the highway and shopping made our stay very enjoyable. We were able to entertain our family over the holidays with no problems. I would like to stay in this condo again.

  My wife and son wanted to be near our family in Rancho Bernardo. We wanted to visit a lot, but still have autonomy and time for ourselves to have a vacation. The condo was a perfect setting for us to do both. We were completely comfortable in the condo. The beds, the couches, the kitchen, the bathrooms, were all clean and comfortable. Lots of closet space and a small patio to boot. No stairs which made it very accessible to my elderly parents. We felt very at home. Excellent grocery shopping around the corner and parking was 25 steps away. We felt safe in the place and Daksha and her husband were responsive to every question and request, but it was all so easy we really didn't have any reason to call once we learned how to use the tv. We had great weather, which I can't ascribe to the owners of the condo, but every mornng we took a dip and relaxed by the pool. And it was close to I 15 which meant we could find ourselves at Pacific beaches like Del Mar and Torrey Pines in less than 20 minutes. Over the years we have tried lots of different living options, but I think this one was the best for us.

  We chose this condo for its location and weren't displeased. Although it's quite near the 15 Freeway, we hardly ever heard any noise - and this was with the window open at night. The condo was just as described and pictured, and the owners are intent on having happy renters. Daksha and Suren make sure that their property is clean and well-stocked and make themselves available to help in any way. We actually arrived when they were away, but their friend gave us a proper orientation. Rancho Bernardo is a great location - easy to get to the airport, downtown, to the beaches, to points north, etc. Since we spend some time in California each winter and maintain membership to the Zoo and Safari Park, there were several short trips to the latter for walking, touring and having a light lunch. We especially enjoyed the Community Park up the street where we would hike at Lake Hodges. We also discovered Lake Poway and some of the trails in that town. It's possible to walk to Bernardo Center Drive where there are lots of restaurants and shopping, and, on Rancho Bernardo Road, in both directions, there are shopping centers and restaurants. Our favorite restaurants were BernardO's and Carver's in Rancho Bernardo; Vincent's and the French Bakery and Cafe in downtown Escondido; Pacifica del Mar and Il Fornaio (this year)and Jake's and Poseidon (previous visits) in Del Mar; and Dolce in Rancho Santa Fe, to name a few. With its 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it is a very comfortable condo for 4 people. It faces south, so we had lots of afternoon sun during the winter months. The condo management takes excellent care of the property, including the trash areas which were always exceptionally clean. Definitely recommend staying here!

  This condo was very nice. The pictures and descriptions are true and accurate. It was clean and very well maintained. The kitchen was very well equipt. The location provides easy access to the highway, shopping, restaurants and golf. We had a nice and relaxing stay. The beds were really comfortable, just like home. For all the times we stayed in Rancho Bernardo for hockey tournaments and family functions, I only wish I knew about this condo sooner. Daksha was incrediably helpful and accomodating. This was our first stay via VRBO, so I was a little reluctant. Great stay, thanks Daksha!
