  We had a very pleasant stay in this cute little "apartment" while I attended a training in Boulder. It's very convenient to restaurants so makes for an easy food fix before starting and after completing a busy day. It would be helpful to add to the listing that there is not a stove. I know it isn't listed as having one but I think it's normally assumed there is one so to make sure it's stated that there isn't one would be helpful. Steve, the owner, was very responsive whenever I called with a couple of questions/requests. I really appreciated being able to support an individual person as opposed to a company. We were also grateful to be able to bring our Golden Retriever. Thanks Steve! We will keep your place in mind as a great option if we ever return for similar reason.

  We came to do some hiking in Boulder back in September and were lucky enough to find this condo (we were a bit limited because we brought a dog). It was SO nice, very clean, and very well located. The owner was extremely personable, took care of every question, and offered up some great hiking suggestions. The location of this condo is what makes it great--it is literally, right on Pearl Street. It made early AM coffee trips and dinners/going out a lot more convenient. We also loved that he was so welcoming and willing to let the dog come too! Thanks so much for a great stay :)

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this vacation rental. The convenience to historic downtown is a major perk! My family and I were very impressed with the decorations and furnishings of the rental and we felt right at home. The owner was also very attentive to our needs and gave us fabulous suggestions to sightsee. You just can't beat the price, either!

  The property was just as the ad said it was. The pictures were accurate. I stayed alone in unit B for almost 2 weeks. I felt safe there and slept well. I rented a bicycle from University Bicycles and could ride or walk anywhere in town. While I was in Boulder, it got surprisingly hot--even for this Texan, but the A/C in the unit was nice and cold 100% of the time. My writing classes were held at the Boulder Bookstore on Pearl and 11th. It was a pleasant, usually entertaining walk up Pearl street or a quick bike ride away. By the way, Boulder Bookstore is a wonderful unique bookstore. Theses units are less than a half block off Pearl, but not in the noisy part of Pearl. There are several good restaurants nearby, including, but not limited to: Foolish Craig's and Snooze. Make sure you visit the Dushanbe Teahouse at least once. It's beautiful and interesting inside and out! They serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, and probably the best tea in town. I enjoyed my stay in Unit B very much. I would stay there again!

  We rented both units (4 adults) for three nights the week of our niece's wedding. Could not have been better location as we could walk everywhere....to the church, restaurants and,, of course spent time on Pearl Street. Units were clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The owner, Steve, was great and very helpful. He recommended a great Italian restaurant that was wonderful and we had breakfast at Lucille"s....don't miss out!!! Would definitely recommend this rental to anyone staying in Boulder area. It was a great find!!!

  Super great location-1/2 block away from downtonwn and the mall area of Boulder. Great eatery for breakfast Snooze right around corner. Neat and clean. Owner very helpful and friendly. Price is right. Will stay here again next time I am in Boulder if available!

  My mom, sister, toddler niece & nephew stayed here for 4 nights. Great location 1 block from the Pearl St Mall, great coffee shops and restaurants. Walk to everything you need including playground next door! Better than hotel rate and location. Will be using again and again!

  I stayed here 2 nights for a work trip, and it was a great experience. Very clean, well-maintained, nice furniture, easy to get around. Amazing downtown location. The kitchen and bathroom are on the small side but have everything you'd need -- way better than any local hotel options (which will cost you twice as much and be in a worse location). The owner was great to work with. Highly recommend. This will be my first choice every time I visit Boulder.

  My son and I spent a wonderful week in this extremely convenient, sweet, and comfortable studio. I was in town for a weekend workshop and some of the participants, some locals and some visiting, all raved about how nice the place is. The owner was very helpful with all our questions. Over all it was a lovely visit and I hope to stay in this sweet place again.
