We've curated a space that is fun & has plenty of room to relax and enjoy the Colorado scenery! Enjoy the amazing mountain views inside & out, while still being conveniently located just a few miles from Boulder & Longmont.

The newly updated home features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, sunroom, classic arcade, and outdoor living space. Every area of the home has plenty of seating, curious artwork and lots of fun touches to make your stay here memorable.

All 4 bedrooms are outfitted with the best hotel quality Brooklinen linens, Casper mattresses and hypoallergenic comforter and pillows to give you a great night's sleep. Each bedroom has a smart TV and plenty of closet space to store your items. The bedrooms offer a desk and seating area for additional storage or working space along with plenty of additional seating areas throughout the home.

The arcade features three full size original arcade games for hours and hours of fun, and we’ve set all of our games to free play, so save your quarters for the gumball machine! Good luck beating our high scores ; )

The living room and sunroom are open and airy, giving you plenty of space to socialize, work or relax. We have provided several books, games, SmartTV apps and Xfinity cable services on all the televisions for you to enjoy.

The kitchen is loaded with everything you would need to prepare a meal. Including a full size refrigerator, convection oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker and crockpot. All of the pots, pans, bakeware and dish-ware will provide you the ability to create and plate a delicious meal!

The bathrooms feature a standup tiled shower and bathtub, with the very best in luxury toiletries.

The covered outdoor porch is outfitted with a small dining table and patio furniture, perfect for enjoying the sunsets over the mountains with a glass of one of the many local wines and beers you can find in Boulder County.

We hold the highest standards in keeping the unit clean and sanitized between each booking. During this time we have taken additional measures to ensure we are going above and beyond to maintain these high standards. The home is always stocked with hand soap, dish soap, bleach, laundry soap, surface spray, toilet paper and paper towels.

You have complete access to the home, and to wander the 5 acre grounds during your stay. Please note any of the other barns, buildings and storage are off limits to guests :)

Our property has a separate commercial kitchen located at the back of the property behind the home. If our property manager Katie is on site at the commercial kitchen you likely wont even know she is there but she is available to assist with any questions you may have at any time! She parks behind the house.

The Boulder Farm Arcade is located directly between Longmont & Boulder with easy access to Niwot & Gunbarrel just a few minutes away. You will find lots of shops, grocery and convenience stores just a few miles away. We are located on the training route for many bikers and runners and see a lot of outdoor activity year round. We are just a mile up the road from Coot Lake & The Boulder Reservoir that offer a great place to walk around and enjoy the amazing mountain views.

All transportation services like Uber & Lyft service our area and we are just up the road from public transportation that can take you from Boulder to Longmont and further with connecting routes.
