Welcome to Bay View Townhouse! Our lovely waterfront 2 bdrm, 2.5 bath townhouse is located on Perdido Bay. This unit is just an 8 minute drive to the beautiful beaches of Perdido Key, FL and just a 20 minute drive to historic downtown Pensacola!
Some features of the townhouse:
~ Community Pool within steps of the front door;
~ Naturally occurring beach just behind the townhouse;
~ Covered tandem parking for 2 cars, additional parking nearby;
~ 3 level townhouse;
~ Bdrm # 1 is the master bdrm with en suite bath, KING bed, TV and balcony with terrific view of Perdido Bay;
~ Bdrm # 2 is the twin bdrm, with 2 twin beds, TV and full bath nearby in the bdrm hallway;
~ The 3rd sleeping area is the queen size sofa sleeper in the Den;
~ All three TVs feature cable TV with approx 70 channels, no movie channels;
~ There's a 2nd balcony which is located adjacent to the Den. This balcony also has great views of Perdido Bay and is furnished with a wooden swing and wooden lounge chair.
~ The well equipped kitchen has granite countertops, range/oven, full size refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven;
~ Also located on the main level are a 1/2 bath and fullsize stackable washer & dryer;
~ The 1st level of the towhouse features the covered parking, outdoor storage closet with some beach and fishing equipment for our guests use, and the front door leading to the foyer and built in staircase to the main level.
This is a smoke-free vacation rental home.

My husband and I have just returned from our stay in this town house rental. Every aspect of our vacation met or exceeded our expectations. The unit was lovely, spacious, clean and well maintained. The landlord was great and dealt immediately with one minor plumbing problem. View from the two balconies a constant pleasure. Location was really nice in a picturesque, quiet residential community away from the touristy high rises on the Key but only five minutes away from public access to the Gulf beaches. The area had for us an ideal mixture of relaxation and activity. My husband lives to fish and had excellent luck surf fishing, even catching a number of pompanos that we cooked and ate. We enjoy nature and loved the Big Lagoon State Park , a piece of the 'real Florida' for its hiking trails, scenery and good birding. We also love to eat and there were so many great local places close by - The Original Point for mullet, Sunset Grill for shrimp and great views, the Fishermans Corner for elegant Louisiana cooking and Hub Staceys and the Florabama for their funky atmosphere and good food. Also the Rib Shak for real southern BBQ. We went into Pensacola for the Mardi Gras parade and had a great time. Pensacola is an interesting and historic city well worth exploring. We found people here and everywhere in the area friendly and hospitable. In short, we loved it! We would certainly recommend the property to friends, also to fishermen, nature lovers and foodies. For fishermen, Grays Tackle in the Winn-Dixie Plaza is super.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

5 of us stayed in condo for weekend of scuba diving. Condo was clean and very comfortable. Easy to find and very close to the diving boats. While the weather was not great for our trip, our condo was perfect. Beautiful view and great location. No Complaints from us!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We spent a week of enjoyable mornings watching the sun rise, listening to the waves in the bay, enjoying our morning coffee. We also had a stingray visiting us every day, that was pretty exciting! Dolphins on several occasions in the distance. The beach house was nice, easy access from there to the beach and the stores. Would recommend this place as a wonderful getaway! Would also recommend Lillians for their excellent pizza!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Our family had a very pleasant stay at this Perdido Bay property. The location was quiet and lent itself to a very relaxing vacation. Unlike any other rentals we have used, there were paper towels, toilet paper and a host of cleaning supplies readily available upon arrival. Both balconies looked north across Perdido Bay and made for very pleasant evenings watching the sun set. We will almost certainly stay here again and strongly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation near the action but just a little off the beaten path.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
