Big Island getaways don't get any better than this! Waikoloa Beach Villas are located in the perfect spot: nearby beaches, pools, shopping, and golf. And the weather is pretty great too!
Our two bedroom condo is located on the second floor overlooking the golf course. Cook your favorite seafood on our built-in grill and dine al fresco on the private lanai.
The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. We tried to stock it with all the supplies you need for homemade meals. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
The living/dining rooms are comfortabley furnished with plenty of seating for games or movies. Enjoy the wireless internet, cable tv, flat screen and dvd player.
The master bedroom has a California king size bed and private bath. Relax in the large soaking tub or take a quick rinse is the stall shower. It has a double vanity and walk in closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have their own flat screen tvs with dvd players.
Park in a private garage outfitted with all your beach necessities. We have provided beach chairs, snorkeling gear, beach towels, an umbrella, insulated lunch totes, boogie boards and toys to build a sand castle. The Beach Villa property offers your choice of two pools with spa and a workout facility.
Directly across the street is the Queen's Marketplace where you can find shops for souvenirs or groceries. There are many restaurant choices and a Starbucks. Just down the street is the King's Shops which has more stores and restaurants. Keep going and you will find a great luau and hotel bars for fun happy hours.
The closest beach is about a 10 minute walk away. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach (A-Bay) has great snorkeling, swimming, shade, and hiking. We have seen many sea turtles sunning themselves here on the sand. A short car ride will take you some of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Boogie board at Hapuna or enjoy your book under a tree at Beach 69.
We hope you make the Big Island your vacation destination. We love it.... enjoy!

About: My husband and I are 'empty nesters' currently living in Massachusetts. We have lived in various parts of the country: Virginia, Texas, Georgia, and Illinois. We have been very forunate to have visited and vacationed in some wonderful locales. But I have to say, 'nothing beats Hawaii!' Usually by mid-February, we are done with the cold weather and head for guaranteed sunshine.
Why Waikoloa Beach Villas: We love the Waikoloa Beach area because it is so convenient to beaches, shopping, restaurants, biking, tennis, hiking, and golf. We love the fact we can walk to A-Bay to view the sunset and still be home to enjoy our dinner on the lanai before it gets too dark.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo: We love the ocean so we do a lot of snorkeling, swimming, and boogie boarding. We rent bikes and head to the Hilton to play tennis. We always hit the Marriott across the street for their luau. In Kona, we love to watch the locals ride the waves at the White Sands beach and then we stop for lunch at Kona Brewing.
We have seen many sea turtles on the sand and in the water. Last year, we were there during whale season, and we saw several from our beach chairs. The snorkeling is amazing.... either with a tour or just off any beach.
