About the owner: We are originally from Colorado and Iowa. We came back to Colorado in 1997. To our family Colorado is paradise, and is always offering the unexpected. We feel truly blessed to have our place in the mountains and go there every chance we get. We are looking forward to a time we can spend more days in the mountains. It is a year round resort so anytime is a good time. We are glad to be able to share it with our guests and hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.
Why the Owner Chose SilverCreek, The Inn: When we found this property we felt it was perfect for us. It is within driving distance from our home and centrally located. We are close to ski resorts, lakes, golf courses and Rocky Mt.Nat'l Park. Our unit is on the ground floor and located near the community BBQ grill. It is off the parking lot and close to an entrance. The view from the patio is great, it a favorite place for us to enjoy chatting with our neighbors and fellow owners. We love the pool and all the amenities of the Inn.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo: We are enjoying every season in the mountains. Features we look forward to enjoying more often are the nearby lakes, wildlife, rodeos, dog sled races, snowshoeing, cross country and downhill skiing, and watching events at the mountain terrain bike park. We LOVE starting the day with coffee on the patio and relaxing at the end of the day in same place with a cocktail or glass of wine. Swimming while it snows and watching the sunset is a unique experience for all to enjoy. It's also a cozy place to relax by the fire and enjoy a good book.
We recently had the pleasure of dining at Brickhouse 40 during homecoming week and enjoyed the excellent service extended to all guests while feasting from a nice wine and dinner menu.
