Balcony exposure offers the wonderful morning sun and awesome afternoon shade. Balcony has table and four chairs for eating and looking at the water, as well as four other comfy chairs and a bench. - Cell Phone : Cell phones are needed. Telephones were taken out since no one was using them while there.
- WiFi (Wireless Internet) : We are connected together with next door neighbor. Why the Owner Chose Pavilion Palms
It is the most beautiful spot in Destin. The Mirarmar Beach is pristine with emerald waters. There is a new boardwalk right at our condo and boasts a wide beautiful beach area. We think this beach is the most beautiful in Florida and we have seen almost all areas of Florida.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We have games .... Scrabble, Monophy, etc. and many movies. The TV viewing is superb. New large flat screen TVS and DVD players in every room....3 sets. Bedroom TV's are 32" and living room is 47". The balcony is so large that you can dine there. The proximity to good snorkeling, waverunning, beach walking, sunset watching, dining in so many restaurants, bike paths in front, etc. make this ONE OUTSTANDING CONDO.

This condo is in an excellent location for swimming, walking, dining, shopping, golfing, sun-bathing and much more. The spacious living area with queen sleeper-sofa and the two spacious bedrooms provide ample room for six to sleep and relax comfortably. The balcony provides a view of the gulf as you glance to the right while also providing complete privacy. The kitchen is large and equipped with everything you need to fix your meals or to bring in delicacies from your favorite eatery and to spread out for buffet dining. The pool is big enough for several bathers. Due to the 95-plus temps for several days, however, the water felt more like a bath tub. The unit offers a prvate garage spacious enough for two cars. The elevator makes access to this third floor unit (garage is first floor) very easy. You will not be disappointed should your rent this condo.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children.

We just got home from a wonderful stay at Judy and John's Condo. The only reason we left was the fact we have jobs that require our return tomorrow. What a beautiful condo. We loved everything about it. We are already planning our next trip down which we hope will be sooner versus later. The accommodations were everything said and more. What a welcoming place to return to every day. The amenities were perfect!! The view of the Gulf from the balcony was one of my favorite things about staying here. Thank you so much for opening up your home to us. We hope to be back again and again.

Judy, Thank you so much for letting us rent the wonderful condo. The pictures do not do it justice. It made me feel like I was at home, much better than any motel/hotel. Pool was great, everything was clean. Would come back in a NY minute. The best vacation me and my family have been on in a long time. All the neighbors were nice. Thanks for letting us use the beach supplies. Beach was great the weather was nice. I just felt like I was at home. So relaxing and loved the beds, loved the decorations, had everything in the kitchen anyone would need. Used the grill 2 nights durning our stay, the deck are great, and so close to everything, such as eating, shopping, golf anything you want to do on the beach..........A++++ in my book....Blessing to the Wolfe Family...

Thank you Judy for letting us stay in your wonderful condo. Much nicer than the pictures show. Close to the beach, very nice pool. The condo was very clean and confortable. We came with our daughter and son-in-law and our two beautiful granddaughters. We had a wonderful time! My husband and Son-In-Law chartered a boat and fished all day. They had a great time and we grilled fish and shrimp for dinner that evening. We also rented a boat and went to Shell Island. The girls loved finding a lot of shells to take home. We tried several restaurants and loved all of them. A few of the restaurants: McGuires Irish Pub, PF Changs, AJ's Seafood, Pompano Joes(love the coconut cake), and Fudpuckers Beachside. There were a lot of restaurants that we just didn't have time to visit but maybe next time. The time went by so quickly. Needless to say we were not ready to leave. Thank you Judy!!!

Loved everything about the condo/unit..It was so very clean and decorated with the right touches..very roomy, loved the master bedroom.. the bed was so comfortable..Nice view from the balcony..the 2 car garage was very handy and nice to have... nice beach access and the beach was uncrowded which was a plus for our family....we will be looking you up next year for sure, already talking about it...thanks for sharing your condo..

This condo is everything that you see in the pictures and more! The view of the ocean from the balcony is better than the pictures give justice. It beautifully decorated and furnished. The beds are extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend this place.

This was a wonderful choice for our family. The condo is so spacious and suited our every need. Location couldn't be better. We enjoyed many of the restaurants with the Twisted Palm as our Favorite. The area is well suited for families. The condo we rented was next door to our friends condo that we vacationed with and this made all of our sons happy. We will be back for years to come.

I apologize for not writing last year. This was our second year to rent this incredible condo. These pictures do not do the fabulous vacation home justice. Tastefully decorated. Reflects pride in ownership. Location on Senic 98 is central. We have stayed in this unit the last 4 years and it feels like home. Will keep coming back.
