  My wife and I had a great cozy weekend away from the city to celebrate 10 years of marriage. Nice little way to get away and be around nature... Great area but not far at all from amenitites. Thanks for the opportunity to stay!

  Great little place to stay to enjoy the lake. Fishin was good and the Dam Lounge had awesome food. Nothing fancy but had everything you needed to enjoy a weekend away. Nice locals with good advice on fishing areas. Thanks for sharing your home with us Jason.

  We rented the cabin for 10 days. The owner was professional and answered any questions that we had about the surrounding area. We had a really great, relaxing vacation. The house is small but very cozy. It has a great patio with grills and plenty of space. We rented the boat the entire time as well. It was great to have the pontoon whenever we needed it. The pontoon is older and with any boat, comes with it's challenges but once we learned several ways to get it started and avoid future issues, we were fine. There are several tricks to starting it and once we learned those, we had a great time. The maintenance man next door and his family were very helpful.

  owner that that day's rental would be refunded. This was 6 weeks ago, and I still have not recieved any refund, after I personally discussed with the owner. Cabin was small and clean and amenities were good. If I had to do it over, I would not have paid for the boat upfront (which was required). If I do recieve a refund, will update my review.

  Owner response: I did say I would refund the money. The boat actually didn't breakdown because of mechanically failure. It was user induced. That was also before my mechanic had to come and get you 2 times because you ran out of gas once, and then the battery had went dead because of flooding it. There was also hair from your dog all over the boat carpet that wasn't cleaned like we had discussed that day. I told you that I would refund the money but after I thought about it and got the bill from my maintenece man I didn't realize you had him come and get you 2 seperate times. I do hope you come back and stay with us in the future and I would be glad to give you a voucher for your next stay.

  It was everything I expected and more. Great place to stay and I caught some nice fish to as a bonus

  Just wanted to say thank you for all the fun we had at your house. Our kids had a blast and the fishing was really good too! We liked the house and all the features you had to offer with the home. My husband really likes your coffee.lol Your patio at night is something I wish I had where I live. It was so peaceful and really enjoyed our stay. Once again, thank you and we had a blast!
