  We had quite the group staying at this home for 5 days. Myself, my husband (who is wheelchair bound with a spinal injury), our two small children who are 14 months and 4 years old. Both of my parents, both of his parents, my grandmother and my brother and sister. The house was amazing and fit us all perfectly. The furnishings and fixtures are all so beautiful, the decorating is beautiful, wistful and relaxing. The first floor being wheelchair accessible is wonderful. The roll in shower was better than any hotel we've ever stayed in (and we've seen our fair share of horrible roll in showers at hotels). My only critique about the accessibility is that if my father-in-law hadn't been there to help get my husband in and out of bed, we wouldn't have been able to stay there because the bed was too high for me to get him on it by myself, and the bedframe was too low to the ground for a hoyer lift to fit under. That being said, however, we weren't expecting to have to do it on our own so the bed was completely not an issue for us at all. We all agreed that we would definitely stay there again, and may do so again next year if we can figure it out with all of our schedules! This house would be our first choice without question!

  We had a wonderful time with our extended Texas family at this beautiful home. Thank you for providing everything we needed and more. We loved the view and easy access to the beach. Perfect for family gatherings!

  We had our best experience yet in Port Aransas during our recent stay at Sea's the View! Our family has been renting beach homes here for a number of years and we've always enjoyed ourselves- but this trip topped all the others, thanks to this fabulous property. The location is second to none, the view is stunning, interior decor just beautiful, and every level of the home was equipped above and beyond our expectations.The owners do an excellent job of covering every possible need. We were so fortunate to have found Sea's the View- and will be renting this home again in the future. Thank you Steven and Suzanne!

  We rented out the whole house for 4 days, 3 nights and absolutely LOVED it! The house is beautiful, clean, great location, and very well laid out. We will definitely rent again :)

  My family and extended family stayed here for 4 nights. Plenty of room and square footage. Awesome TV's and plenty of them. Clearly a new home and had that new home smell, so beds, linens, furniture, etc were all in great condition. Washing machine and dryer room is great for cleaning up after sandy excursions. Outside shower helps too. The best feautures are the 2nd and 3rd story balconies. Beautiful unobstructed views of the beach and gulf. The house is literally right next to the boardwalk that leads you to the beach. My only complaint is the boadwalk goes right through a dune and is full of sand at that point. The boardwalk has either been swallowed up by the sand dune or needs to be built higher. Walking through and over the dune is difficult with beach gear (chairs, pop-up, ice chest, etc.) That is likely a HOA thing anyway. Because it was August, the sand dune was blistering hot on the feet. Even still, I would be more than happy to stay here again. Owners left us a noice welcome basket too.

  My family stayed here and this property exceeded all of our expectations. The attention to detail and quality of decor is incredible. The house is very well furnished, very comfortable beds and was kid friendly with a pack and play (one less thing we had to pack). The property is right next to the boardwalk, making the walk to the beach very quick and even complaint free from the kids. The two wrap around decks provide beautiful ocean front views and a panoramic image of the beach. It was also very nice that every person had their own bedroom and bathroom. I have searched many properties and had never seen this. Book this property! You will not be dissapointed.

  WOW!! Can I say that again?? WOW!! The first floor, that we stayed in, was just amazing!! I can't say enough about the home, the location, and especially the owners!! Wonderful to work with and was quick to answer any questions!! You will not be disappointed!!

  We rented 'Sea's the View' at Sand Point for a Mother/Daughter trip - 7 Mothers and 7 Daughters. The beach house was lovely, slept the 14 of us very comfortably, and the location (right beside the path to the beach) was perfect. The interior finish out is a lot nicer than you would expect from a rental and the Mothers on the trip made several comments like, "They thought of everything", "I love the beautiful glassware, plates, and decorative touches - I have never seen touches this nice in a rental". Everything in this house was brand new - new beds and mattresses that were very comfortable, new linens, and the furniture looked like what you would want to buy for your own house. I have already recommended this proeprty to several friends and we would definitely rent again!

Non-Peak Season: (9/16 - 3/6) Entire house $650/night and 3 night minimum.
