John, My wife and I stayed at your condo over Fall break 10/6-10/9 and let me tell you it exceeded our expectations. The furnishings were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool,Jacuzzi,and lobby area were clean and well kept. We enjoyed Pizza on the Balcony one night while watching the beutiful sunset. It was a little warm on the balcony and a celling fan would have made it more comfortable. We are seriously considering making this a yearly visit to your condo. Thank you so much and we will be in touch again.

John, Just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed your condo and Perdido Key. You have a beautiful place with gorgeous views from your balcony! What a wonderful time of year to be there also--couldn't have asked for better weather--comfortable temps, cool breezes and sunshine every day. I remember summer vacations there growing up, 90 degree temps with 90% humidity--I'll stick with fall or springtime from now on!! Thanks again--I may look you up again in the spring! Janie

My best friend and I just got back from vacation last weekend and I just wanted to send you a note telling both of you how much we enjoyed our time in your beautiful condo! Also - the staff at the front desk could not have been more helpful. It was a perfect week. Everything we needed was already there for us, and the beach (and main road) was not overcrowded like other areas we drove in. We even watched dolphins from the balcony early in the morning - what a treat! The personal touches made it feel like home (we enjoyed Theresa's paintings) and we felt like royalty for a week - thank you so much!

We had a great time at the Perdido Sun. The bedroom is so cute and colorful, but you can't top the view from the balcony. I wish I was there right now!
