  • John, My wife and I stayed at your condo over Fall break 10/6-10/9 and let me tell you it exceeded our expectations. The furnishings were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool,Jacuzzi,and lobby area were clean and well kept. We enjoyed Pizza on the Balcony one night while watching the beutiful sunset. It was a little warm on the balcony and a celling fan would have made it more comfortable. We are seriously considering making this a yearly visit to your condo. Thank you so much and we will be in touch again.

  • John, Just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed your condo and Perdido Key. You have a beautiful place with gorgeous views from your balcony! What a wonderful time of year to be there also--couldn't have asked for better weather--comfortable temps, cool breezes and sunshine every day. I remember summer vacations there growing up, 90 degree temps with 90% humidity--I'll stick with fall or springtime from now on!! Thanks again--I may look you up again in the spring! Janie
