Upon entering, the foyer opens to a two-story high, sunken living room. The living room is bright and sunny as it is surrounded by 30 feet of windows and sliding glass doors. It also has a wood burning fire place and a wet bar. To the left of the foyer is a separate formal dining room that seats up to 10 people and has an eco-friendly fire place as well.
The main floor also has a sun-filled eat-in kitchen for 4. A bedroom wing (three en-suite bedrooms) is located to the right of the main foyer. One room is a smaller master suite with a full bath including a barrier-free shower, and the other two guestrooms each have direct access to the deck. All the bathrooms have been refurbished as of 2012, and each are marble and have skylights. There is also a separate powder room for additional guests as well.
The second floor has a large master bedroom suite with private deck overlooking the grounds and pool, a dressing area and bathroom with two sinks, bidet, and a separate shower and bathtub.
The deck wraps around the entire back of the house and pool. Accessible from both the kitchen and living room there is also an outside dining table that seats 8 with a retractable awning. There is ample seating on the deck surrounding the pool and outside the guestrooms.
