This brand new villa can accomodate large groups up to 12. It is a four bedroom / 3 bath property. However, because the pods are separate, I can rent you only a 1 BR or rent you the whole 4 BR complex or anything in between, and you will have your privacy no matter how you choose. Each unit has its own bathroom with hot shower and its own kitchen. The large unit has two queen beds and two twin beds and its own kitchen with large screened in sitting/dining area. The two bedrooms are private and are set up like small hotel rooms. The twin bed and box-spring in the hallway doubles as a daybed. An additional daybed/ bed is on the screened in patio area- consists of a twin bed and box-spring- very comfortable. The middle unit has one queen and one twin bed, screened in patio area with a full kitchen and large deck beyond. There is also a twin bed on the screened in patio area that doubles as a daybed. All beds including daybeds include mattress and box-spring. The lower unit has the same features as the middle unit. ALL units have interior living space, screened in living/ kitchen/ lounging space and a large deck space beyond that is not screened in and is ideal for sitting in an Adirondack chair and nature watching. Delight in being totally immersed in nature- beautiful rock formations, enormous trees, hummingbirds, deer, gecko, iguanas, occasional chicken, donkey and goat. Lull yourself to sleep with the symphony of tree frogs. New, comfy mattresses, new high thread count linens- everything is new- be the first to stay here. Please call with any questions. This is a great alternative for travelers who love Maho and Concordia for their low prices and connectivity to nature but also want modern conveniences and comfort they don't offer- like comfy mattresses (the Queens are top of the line Serta mattresses), real full size refrigerators, powerful ceiling fans, reliable electric heated hot water. This property is in the mountain, so it can get quite cool at night especially in the winter months. You might find yourself turning off the ceiling fans at night so you don't get too cool! St. John is an expensive island; I am offering comfortable accommodations at a low price so you can afford to rent a car and really enjoy the island. Having a car is key to getting the most out of your St. John vacation. There is so much to do and see; if you 'do' St. John right, you will be out during the day and only primarily using the villa to sleep, cook and shower. So why get an expensive villa when you should be out all day anyway exploring!! Plus, you will feel a connectivity to nature that you will never experience staying at an inn in town or at the Westin. Each unit has a brand new full size modern refrigerator and cooking facility consisting of a 2-burner gas stove cook-top set in the thick concrete counter-top. Brand new microwave, toaster oven large enough for a small pizza, blender, coffee maker in each unit. All utensils and plates, etc provided. Save money by cooking at home that local fresh Mahi or Wahoo filet you bought from the local fisherman or caught yourself. Caribbean lobster is plentiful if you know how to catch them. Bathrooms are corner showers - prefab ones from American Standard with sliding glass doors. Pics of bathrooms coming soon. Nice toilets and porcelain pedestal bathroom sink. Contact me for advice on inexpensive car rentals or any island information- I am happy to help. Also, you don't have to rent a car to stay here; I am walking distance to the bus stop in Coral Bay. The one bedroom photo I have is just a sample- all bedrooms are similar- all enclosed patios are similar except the smaller units have slightly smaller enclosed patios. The bedroom photos are before blinds and artwork were installed. The smaller units have LARGE deck space beyond the enclosed patio area. The middle unit has a HUGE deck beyond the enclosed patio area. The lower unit has a large, but angled deck beyond the enclosed patio area. It is best to call me to help figure out which unit will best suit you or your group. I just listed on vrbo a week ago, so please be patient with photos, etc. $400 a week is for hurricane season; rates are slightly higher in high and shoulder seasons. My family and I stayed in the large unit and we thoroughly enjoyed it! If you are looking for a clean, simple, functional place, in the middle of the unspoiled forest, away from the fuzz of the big city, look no further! We couldn't find a better place. The building is on the side of the hill, so it feels like you are living on top of the trees. The unit has 2 queen rooms with comfortable mattresses, 2 twin beds and a bathroom. The large screened patio in front of the unit is a perfect place to chill in the evening breeze while staying safely away from mosquitoes. Forget that annoying street noise! a symphony of frogs will lullaby you to sleep. The patio has a fridge and a stove, so that you can cook that wonderful fresh mahi you found at the local fishermen in Coral Bay. On top of all of this, you can't beat the price! Thank you for sharing this gem with us, we truly hope to be back soon!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We were the second couple to stay in the middle unit and we were extremely satisfied with what we found. This is the perfect get away location on St John. We had stayed in an ocean view villa with a pool our first trip to St John; no more. These units are all you need. They are clean, quiet, comfortable, very functional. This unit was absolutely perfect for my group of 5 (2 couples and 1 adult), We rented the top 2 bedroom (blue unit in pictures) with the extra bed in the hallway and it was better than we expected. The property is brand new and clean and we were provided with everything needed to prepare meals. The beds are very very comfortable, mix that in with low 70's temps at night and the ceiling fan on low and it is prime for sleeping, especially after being out in the sun all day. It is on the Coral Bay side of the island and is located up steep hill so you almost have to rent a car. I recommend renting a car anyways, it gives you so more freedom and you will see and do more on the island. There are 3 great restaurants right at the bottom of the hill(walking distance) along with an outdoor bar steps from the water of Coral Bay. I personally prefer the Coral side of the Island because it is away from the cruise ship tourists who come over from St. Thomas. Last time on St John my wife and I splurged for an upscale villa with a pool because it was our honeymoon, I think we used the pool twice. When we come back for our third trip we will stay with Charles again. Me (Nicolas from France) and my wife (Elena from Ukraine) were the first renters of this brand new cabins. We rented the middle size one.To be honest, we did not expect much from what we could see on the pictures.We first choose it to fit our budget. But when we got there, it was a pleasant surprise to see all the effort that Charles (the owner) put in his project. The concept is simple but perfectly thought. The inside area is not really big but it is enough space for how much you will want to stay inside while you in a tropical island. There is a perfect sized cover patio all screened to stay cool but away from any flying bugs and there is a very big terrace to enjoy sun bathing. Everything in the cabin is absolutely brand new and the location is less than 2 min away from the beautiful Coral Bay area that have shopping, bar and restaurant.It is also for sure and from far the best deal that you could find in St John!! Really private and have a beautiful view on the canyon.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
