"Custom" designed and professionally decorated, GULF FRONT condominium with spectacular views and breathtaking sunsets. The one and only condominium in Gulf Crest with a garden tub in the master bath, larger dining area, larger secondary bedroom, and the bunk beds built in the third bedroom (along with twin beds) instead of being located in a closet in the dining area.
Condominium has three bedrooms, two baths, king-size beds in two bedrooms, and twin beds PLUS built-in extra-long bunk beds in the third bedroom. The condominium sleeps eight in bedrooms in addition to a sleeper sofa. Sleeps eight to ten.
This Gulf Crest, 17th floor, West side condominium allows for the ultimate vacation experience. The condominium is 1801 square feet with a 750-square-foot, wrap around balcony. From this vantage point, you can view the sunsets with hues of orange and purple as a nightly event. You can see miles down the beach at the blue-green waters and sugar-white sand. You must see the views for yourself as they are indescribable and a camera does not do them justice.
The living room and dining room are all furnished with custom "Capri" furniture and a large screen television. You will find a palm theme in the master bedroom along with Tommy Bahama furniture, a king-size bed, and a 30-inch LCD TV wall mounted. The master bath has the only garden tub in Gulf Crest. The second bedroom has a Key West parrot theme, a king-size bed, and a LCD TV. The third bedroom is the surfers room.
There are two twin beds AND built-in, extra-long bunk beds. We did not want to have our special guests sleep in bunk beds in a closet in the living area. This condominium has a redesigned master bath to allow for the garden tub. A redesigned dining area to allow more space for the table area.
A redesigned second bedroom to allow space for a king-size bed, and a redesigned room to allow room to build in the bunk beds. It was also redesigned to allow for doors to be installed providing privacy to the secondary bedrooms from the living areas. Laundry room with washer and dryer.
Amenities include two pools (one heated), a separate kiddy pool, two outdoor heated spas, fitness room, game room, owners' lounge with billiard table, two gazebos, free covered parking, free unlimited local calls, cable with HBO, dune walk-over that accommodates the handicap, WIRELESS INTERNET (this unit), and three high-speed elevators.
Beach activities on site or nearby include jet skiing, parasailing, banana boat rides, and volleyball.
Within walking distance is Spinnakers, Hammerhead Freds, bumper boats, go carts, Emerald Falls Water Park, miniature golf, amusement park, and scooter rentals.
This condominium was not furnished to be a rental unit, but rather, it was intended to be a home and was furnished and designed accordingly down to the cabinet knobs. There is premium quality dishware and crystal along with everyday china and glasses. (Definitely NOT a rental package condominium.)
The condominium has a tile floor with area rugs and a kitchen with beautiful granite countertops. (Custom etched glass double doors have been ordered to be installed to separate the secondary bedrooms from the living area.) This condominium is NOT your norm.

Why the Owner Chose Gulf Crest
My husband and I chose to purchase a condo at Gulf Crest so that we would be located at the less conjested area of the beach. Gulf Crest is within walking distance to dining, dancing, and family activities. The less conjested Thomas Drive location allows access to resturants and shopping without sitting in the Front Beach traffic. Gulf Crest is a wonderful place for a fabulous vacation.

My husband and I are the original owners of our unit at Gulf Crest. We purchased Gulf Crest when we walked on the construction side and saw the fabulous view. My husband and I had been looking for a condo and once we saw the floor plan, the view, and the location of Gulf Crest we knew we had found our second home. Not only is there direct Gulf view but a fabulous view for miles down the beach out the wall of side windows.

My family stayed during Ironman Florida. Fantastic Place. Very close to the race hotel and on the run course. The pools, hot tubs, beach and secure parking are great. Thanks.

FABULOUS is the only word for it. THE PICTURES DON’T DO IT JUSTICE. No comfort or amenity has been left out. I have never met the owner, but I felt that they knew us when we entered the condo. Not a thing was out of place and the décor is magnificent. As my husband put it “this is something Bill Gates or Ted Turner would own”. The rates compared to others units at this location are exceptional. The layout and space will accommodate any type of family or group. The balcony allows you too get away from others and spend quite, private time. I recommend this unit highly over anything we have seen in Panama City and the location is excellent. If you demand comfort (the beds and linen are outrageous), value, luxury and location, this is the place. We will book again in 06.

The only thing bad about this condo is having to leave it. From the second you walk into the condo you feel welcomed. Everything you need and more is there. This condo even has beach chairs available so you don't have to pack them,are buy them down there. There is no condo that could have a better view.You have the front view, the coastal view and street view, Relaxing chairs to sit and relax your days away. Tonna and Mike have put there hearts into this condo from the furniture,to the personal touches.The sheets are so soft only the beauty of the beach makes you want to get out of bed. So if you are looking for a great place to stay just pack your swimwear all else they have thought of. We had wonderfull weather and even if we had not this is one condo you would not mind watching the rain from the balcony are all the windows and just relaxing. Thank you for letting us rent your home we had a wonderfull time. Unique one of a kind condo. Could not have asked for more. Hopefully we will be back agian. Accommodations are top notch and everything in the unit is first class. This unit is furnished more as a luxury second home with all amenities geared towards high end luxury. The unit easily accommodates 8 people with plenty of extra room. View of the western sunset from the huge wrap around balcony is breathtaking. Owners treat their guest as friends and are very pleasant, friendly and a joy to deal with. We definitely recommend these accommodations and owners as A++ and look forward to future stays at this location.

Thank you for a perfect vacation. We could not have asked for more. We have stayed in Panama City Beach countless times and have never stayed anywhere more "uptown" than your condo.
