  I have been visiting Seaside for about 26 years now, many times a year, and while it would probably be smart of me to purchase a home, I like to think of it as an opportunity to try out ALL the rentals in Seaside - However, I DO have my favorites! Picasso Moon sits above Ruskin Place and has the best view for checking out all that's going on in town. There are two porches (and a splendid rooftop deck); one, quite large and a smaller one, too, which is set up perfectly for coffee in the morning with all the beautiful plants and furniture. The large porch has a great hanging daybed, perfect for reading in the afternoon, and comfy porch furniture, and everything is in perfect condition. The inside is spacious, kitchen well equipped, bed & pillows comfy, linens fluffy and scrumptious! I have rented from Bert in the past and this time was no different. Her correspondence is quick and informative. She's such a pleasure to deal with - definitely kicking off our vacation (albeit short and sweet this past time) the way we like- RELAXED. Since Bert and Jim live in the building just above Picasso Moon, she's always right there in case of an emergency (although we didn't have any!). The other great thing about having them on the property is that all the plants and common areas make you feel like you're at home - not in a benign "rental". Every morning I work up to freshly watered plants and a freshly swept threshold. She really takes the utmost care of her clients. I cannot say enough about Picasso Moon - you must just try it for yourself. Personally, I can't wait to get back in a few weeks and stay at Picasso Moon or possible Sol I for a girlfriend getaway!

  We LOVED our stay at the Picasso Moon! Such an amazing apartment that was perfect for our family and in the best location - smack dab in the middle of everything! We literally parked our car and didn't get in it again until we left! Steps away from the restaurants, bike rental, shops and most importantly - the beach! We can't wait to come back! The porch with the floating bed was so relaxing and the rooftop space is breathtaking! The owner is so nice and accommodating and the apartment had everything you need and then some! I simply cannot say enough nice things about this place, truly our favorite vacation to date! We've rented condos and houses on the beach but this was by far was our family's favorite location.

  My husband and I with our two small children (4 yrs and 18 mos) stayed at Picasso Moon. We loved the convenience! Such a plus! Also the porch with the hanging bed was its best feature in my opinion! I actually laid down with my youngest child to get him to sleep... so peaceful! Enjoyed being in the heart of the art shops below us too. The unit had all we needed and was comfortable. Liked all the fun artwork throughout the unit. Owner was helpful with our questions and concerns. We LOVE Seasid and have been coming for 10 years now. Enjoyed the Artsquest Festival on Mother's Day weekend!!

  Came down for kids' Spring Break. Location, location, location - best part about Picasso Moon. Right in the middle of everything, but still quiet. Parking always available, everything close - especially beach. Nice layout of the unit, wonderful back porch and rooftop access. Thanks Bert!

  We stayed in two locations for Spring Break; a house in Seaside and at the Picasso Moon. While we liked the house, we really loved the Picasso Moon. At the end of the day, the Picasso Moon was similar in space to the house, but the open layout and artsy decor make the Picasso Moon the winner going away. The Picasso Moon has so many little extras that make it so Cody like the hanging bed on the porch which my daughter napped on, the roof top terrace, the games and chalkboard in the kitchen area. On top of that, the house is in the perfect location that is easy to find. Our place became the meeting place for all of our kid's friends because the Picasso Moon is so close and so easy to access in the center of town as opposed to the the houses which are down winding streets. Last but not least, it's a real benefit having the owner close by. Bert, who provided us with all kinds of information about the town and local restaurants was great. We will come back to Seaside. And when we do, we will stay at the Picasso Moon for our entire visit.

  We have recently returned from a wonderful spring break visit to the Picasso Moon. It was everything we hoped for. The location is what really makes this condo special -- right in the heart of the Seaside! We loved sitting on the wonderful appointed balcony and people watching as people strolled below. It was an easy, quick stroll to the beach, shops, and dining.

  We had an absolute great time at Picasso Moon! The kids said this is the best place EVER! The chalkboards were right up their alley, there were plenty of games available and the bed swing on the balcony was just the best. I was a little worried when I booked that the location would be noisy, considering how close we were to the central part of Seaside, but even during the busiest times, it was still quiet and serene. I also wasn't sure about not being beach front, but after 10 minutes here, I didn't miss it at all. We were so close to everything and the beach was only a short walk away. My husband and I even enjoyed a very nice dinner at Fish Out of Water thanks to Nanny Penny's Babysitting Service. Thanks for a great Thanksgiving weekend. We can't wait to come back!

  I just returned from the Picasso Moon and wish I was there now! Bert was the nicest, most helpful person I have ever dealt with. Even when my husband and I were concerned with the oil spill, she assured us there was no reason to even give us a discount...we didn't want one after seeing how fabulous and quaint it was! That's saying alot for how much fun we had there!!! The location is way better than I even thought it could be, and I have walked through Seaside dozens of times on every street. We had another couple join us unexpectedly and had a ball. The fun artwork and great porch with swing bed were so neat and fun, it had a feel like nowhere else. We will go back there...guaranteed. It was super clean and well stocked, and the location to everything was unbelievable. We walked two minutes each morning to get breakfast at Modica Market and the roof top was the best view ever. Bert was willing to be there for any questions, which was great to know also.

  March of 09 We enjoyed our 2nd "PIcasso Moon" getaway! The spring weather was perfect and provided excellent opportunities to bike, swim & kayak. We'll be back again soon John, Kelly & Claire Tupelo, Ms.
