I would definitely stay here again. Our trip got cut short due to the hurricane, but overall great stay!

Mardi Gras break

The property is in a wonderful location. Perfect condo for 2 people. It had very nice large bathrooms. We w were e disappointed that there were no lamps in living area just overhead lighting which made it hard to read at night. We called about missing light bulb in bedroom lamp and requested 2 lamps but we never received them.

Convenient location

Beach access is across the street. Only a few steps to the food trucks and restaurants, which is very convenient. The dedicated parking spot is wonderful. We had a great week!

Some Disappointments

There were several disappointments with this property. Here is a summary:1. Most windows did not have closing wands for the blinds which meant no way to close them for privacy.2. The shower head at the primary suite is old and leaky.3. The floor is rough at the bar area.4. There was no channel guide for the TV.5. The bikes were not where they were supposed to be and we couldn't find them until the 2nd day.6. The gym passes were missing and we notified the property manager on the first day. The passes were not provided until the 3rd day (out of a 4 day stay). We should get a credit for not having access for 2 days.7. In my opinion, the exterior needs to be repainted. It is very faded and worn.

Worst experience at Seaside EVER! LOUD!!!!!!

We’ve rented many beach houses in Seaside, but this was our worst experience ever. We were excited to stay in a beach condo, walkable to the beach and town center, with our 2-year-old and 7-year-old. Upon arrival, the condo seemed spacious and lovely. However, our issues began that first night.After putting our kids to bed, we got into our room to notice the air vent in the bedroom rattled loudly—so loud we couldn’t sleep. I tried to maneuver the vent my self but couldn't reach it, even by chair. Despite management sending multiple teams the next day to "fix" it, the issue persisted. We eventually asked for the vent to be just taken off, which the maintenance guy did.Adding to the frustration, construction in the neighboring condo began on our first full day, with loud drilling, sanding, and sawing. It lasted all day, making it impossible for our 2-year-old to nap. We contacted management daily, asking for a resolution or a discount, but no meaningful action was taken. They kept sending us to different people who could "help" but instead we just got bounced around and ended up with no resolution. And they never reached back out to apologize or check up even after me leaving voicemails daily. Then enters the massive 5ish AM alarm clock that is the daily town center garbage truck beeping and banging which went on for about 10-20 minutes. Every morning....Overall, this was incredibly disappointing and stressful for our family and made for our worst Seaside trip yet.
