Gulf Breeze at Vanderbilt was built in 1994. Unit 1103 has three bedrooms with two king and one queen size beds. As well as two full baths. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances (2009) with granite counters.
It is on the top floor(11th) with a terrific southwest view of the gulf and Naples. The north side of the condo has great intercoastal views.
Barbequing facilities are available along with, tennis courts and a swimming pool.
The walk to the beach is between 5 minutes. Delnor Wiggins State Park is also 5 to 10 minutes by foot.
Waterside Shops is around 10 minutes by car and Coastland Mall another 10.
So many wonderful evenings have been spent enjoying a glass of wine while admiring the sunset from our lanai.
A hop, skip and jump and you will be at Vanderbilt Beach, one of the best beaches in the US. Live entertainment and a tiki bar are three minutes away at the Vanderbilt Inn.
Tastefully furnished, in an art deco style, this non-smoking condominium has all the amenities of home. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, beautiful master bathroom, large walk-in closet, and sliding glass doors opening onto the lanai with a fabulous view of the gulf. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and great view of Wiggins State Park and the intercostal waterway. The third bedroom/den offers a double-size sofa bed as well as a large glass desk for your laptop.
Privacy and security are assured at the facility entry, building entry as well as pool entry. The large, heated pool has private restrooms, barbecues, and lots of space for eating and watching the activity along the intercostal waterway.
