This Luxury Condo is beautiful with amazing views of the ocean and harbor. It is a corner unit with two bed rooms on one floor. You have a whitewater ocean view from virtually any room in the unit. Front balcony has oceanfront view. Side balcony (off master bedroom) has oceanview and harbor view combined. There is almost 1200 square feet with two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms.
It has a well-stocked kitchen and a large dining area. The master suite has a Luxurious Queen sleigh bed and is top of the line because we wanted it to be very comfortable. The second bedroom has twins which can be converted to a King if required. The livimng room has a Queen sofabed.
Our smoke-free unit has every amenity possible, i.e., two televisions with over 100 cable stations, dvd/vcr and movies, Bose clock radio, and free wireless internet (bring your laptop if you like). We are very proud of this property and we know you will love it. We live close and can provide concierge like personal attention. This unit is one of the premier locations in the North Coast Village resort.
This property is FAMILY SIZE. I also have a cot, baby crib, and high chair if needed. There are two reserved parking spaces which is a premium at this resort.
We have books, movies, toys (beach too), six boogie boards, six beach chairs, Igloo on wheels, umbrellas, lots of beach towels. Please consider us. We are residents at North coast Village and are here 24/7 to make your stay as convenient as possible.

The view from the condo is breath taking, we had breakfast on the balcony every morning overlooking the harbor and the ocean, this condo has a truly relaxing tranquil setting. The beds are exceptionally comfortable and all the linens and towels provided were high quality and clean. There are huge closets in each bedroom to hang your clothing and even drying racks for your wet towels or bathing suits. The two bathrooms were very clean and there was plenty of room for all of our things, even soap is provided. The property was absolutely stunning; we were blown away by the grounds with unbelievable landscaping and waterfalls. The pool is clean, well kept and there are plenty of comfortable chairs for people to sit. The hot tub is made with beautiful stonework, is open late and can seat 30 people. The harbor is a short walk away with cute shops and restaurants. We went for a week in March and we found it to be a romantic setting where we would relax during the day and if we wanted to go out for the night downtown San Diego is a short drive away. I can’t say enough about the accommodations, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need and there is even a grill on the back balcony. We had a phenomenal stay and wouldn’t stay anywhere else when in Oceanside.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Our family enjoyed this rental for a week during July 2010. We found the location to be spectacular, with views exactly as described. The grounds are beautiful and the ocean and harbor are only a 2 minute walk away. The pier is also within walking distance, but a much longer walk. The property was neat, clean, and well-maintained with enough supplies/amenities, and basically everything you would have at home in your own kitchen. This location was peaceful and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The convertible couch-bed was utilized and reported to be extremely comfortable. We would recommend this property to friends and relatives, and also will be using it again ourselves:) Thank you Gerri and Tom for your hospitality and the use of your wonderful property!

Our family spent a week here in July 2010. The condo is very comfortable and the four of us had plenty of room. The owner (who lives in Oceanside) took efforts to make sure we were comfortable. I was a little worried that the views were not very good, but because the complex is structured on a slope, this condo unit has a great view of the harbor and the ocean. Very happy with our stay, and we would come back if we decide to stay in Oceanside again.

I've had the pleasure of staying in this condo unit twice now and had a great time both visits. The two bedroom condo is spacious for a small family to enjoy and very well stocked with everything you need and much more! The owners provides all the extras you may have forgotten and some fun things you may not have thought of like boogie boards, beach chairs, sand pails and shovels, not to mention other fun goodies. The kitchen is well stocked and updated. You can look out the bedrooms and living room windows and see the ocean out in the distance and you can walk to it through some beautiful landscaped grounds. Hope you get to come out enjoy this fun vacation spot! Enjoy!!

We stayed for a week in October 2008. The condo was everything and more, the bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. The beds slept comfortably, everything that you needed was at your fingertips and if something wasn't it was within walking distance. The view was spectacular, we enjoyed the walks to the pier and had dinner at the restaurant at the end of the pier. It was a great find, I highly recommend the condo and the area for things to do
