This large lakefront home with dock is located on the very sought-after Garfield Bay on the beautiful Lake Pend Oreille. This home has four bedrooms (2 master suites), 2 1/2 baths, fireplace, 3-car garage, and large picture windows with breathtaking views of the lake. The property sits on an acre with a large lawn and plenty of room for parking. Within 2 minutes walking distance from the house, there is a public beach/park that is flat with plenty of room for playing. The boat dock is newer with room for sun bathing and swimming. In the winter, your just minutes from one of North Americas most premier ski resorts, Schweitzer Mountain!

Garfield Bay is a small resort community with a marina, general store, pub and restaurant, located just 15 miles South of Sandpoint and 30 miles North of Silverwood Theme Park. Our house is located near (less than a minute) from the community park/beach and boat launch. Hiking trails, sightseeing, and best fishing in the state are all at your door step. Bring your boat and skis, family and friends and have the best vacation ever!

Boats, waverunners, etc. are available for rent from local businesses.

You can see and hear the lake from the house, but you cannot see the dock because the house sits higher than the lake. You can however see the public beach.
