The description of this place is not accurate at all. Although the owner was very easy and nice to deal with, the condo is not very well kept up at all. First off, it is not ground floor, but partially ground floor, facing the parking lot. So you can't open the blinds without a clear view in, and besides the blinds are broken. The patios are dirty and unkempt. The interior carpet is old and poorly repaired in places. In the kitchen, there are very few pots, pans or utensils to use and they are very old and in horrendous shape. Even half of the can opener handle was broken off as to not be usable, but there it was in the drawer. A sign said they'd charge us if we left dirty dishes (which we never do) but there was no dishwasher soap so we had to buy some. The coffee maker looked decades old and hardly worked at all. The dishwasher bubbled up into the sink (be sure to move your food) when it ran. And right when we thought we could handle it, we found a dead cockroach in the kitchen. More problems: no wifi at all (although he sort of promised there would be-- but it's about as far away as you can get from the main condo office. I had to walk halfway there to pick up the main wifi signal -- why not set up guest wifi for the condo itself?); a dining room light that heats up the top of your head if you sit at the table because it's too low (a sign says you'll get charged if you move furniture), a dining room chair that looks like it could break any day now, dark interior lighting etc. Like I said, this place could use some updating. Really, the only nice thing about this place was the good hot shower. We've rented numerous condos through the southwest and I must say this was the worst. I like to stay in condos to save money and cook and have room to relax, but this wasn't a good place for that at all. How unfortunate, because we really enjoy visiting St. George.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

We stayed in this condo this past weekend and loved it! The renter was easy to work with and very personable. The condo is rather spacious for a 1 bedroom unit and very comfortable. Sports Village has all the accommodations anyone could ask for and with a great location like St. George, we had great weather and were able to take advantage of the pool and other outdoor activities. We will rent this unit again in the future.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

This condo is in a large condo complex. We liked that it had the activity center where there were a couple of pools and jacuzzi, shuffleboard, ping pong, raquetball, a weight room, a pool table and a little mini golf area. It was fairly close to downtown St. George and Tuachan. The room was comfortable and clean. It did feel a little dated, but was great for our needs. We enjoyed having the full kitchen and large TV and tub.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

The condo was well kept, the activities were great, we played in the pool everyday, and had a hard time leaving. The kid's loved it, it was a home away from home. ThanksRecommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers.
