$4200/month/ONLY $136. per night,( one month minimum stay ). cleaning fee $200.
30% deposit fee upon booking, balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
cancellation policy: 50% refund 30 days prior to arival.
no refund after 30 days prior to arival unless we are able to re-book the unit.
$500 security deposit, refundable upon inspection at departure.
