Spacious 2 Story, 4Bd House W/ Pool. Across The Street From Famous Kailua Beach

Our 2,600+ square foot home is the perfect balance between luxury and laid-back comfort. The property has marble floors, tall ceilings, brand new appliances and stylish furnishings. The two master bedrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs) are spacious and comfortable, each with a king size bed. The upstairs master also comes with a wet bar, mini-fridge and separate outside entrance. All but one bedroom has adjoining bathrooms. The downstairs guest room and separate bathroom are both easily accessible.

Our home also includes a dining table that comfortably seats six, a two car garage with additional parking in the driveway, large TV in the living area, coffee maker, cookware and dish ware, hairdryers in each bathroom, and fresh linens and towels.

The outside space is perfect for lounging. With two small tables, both well-shaded, the patio is the ideal place to enjoy a relaxing brunch or romantic dinner. The pool is small and fun, great for kids.

Check-In: after 3PM

Check-Out: by 11AM

Please let us know at least 3 weeks in advance if you require an earlier check-in or a later check-out.

Out of respect and consideration for our neighbors, we ask all guests to observe quiet hours between 9PM and 9AM. Please keep noise on the property, especially outdoors, to a minimum during this time. The property is also not suitable for events and large gatherings that involve additional people other than registered guests.

Please note that our cancellation policy is slightly different from what is shown below: 100% refund is offered if your booking is cancelled at least 90-days before the start of your stay.

After living on the East Coast and traveling throughout Europe and Asia, I've come to appreciate this small corner of Oahu as one of the most unique and spectacular places in the world. Whatever you envision as your ideal Hawaii getaway - kayaking adventures, poolside massages, sunset strolls on the beach - our cozy home puts it all at your fingertips.

What makes this house unique

The neighborhoods of Kailua and Lanikai are extremely desirable. Homes are hard to come by and typically very old. That's what makes this property a gem. Not only was it built in 2007, it sits within a small secluded and private gated community. Yet all of this does not take away from it's prime location - directly across the street from magical Kailua Beach. It really doesn't get much better than this!

Amazing place. We had a wonderful stay in here. It is truly an oasis of paradise. Her place is perfectly furnished with everything you’d need to make yourself comfortable – Spacious and private space, Perfect fully-equipped kitchen for cooking, Beautiful private pool, BBQ Facilities, Quiet neighborhood. And most great thing is close to great beaches for swimming and snorkeling.

The host-Katy was fantastic and very prompt with emails.

Overall my high expectations were far exceeded!!

Beautiful home near Kailua Beach!

Upon arrival the house was very clean and have everything we needed for our weeks stay. It is located on a gated drive which we loved. The house was just a short walk from the beach and Buzz's Steak House! It is also a quick drive away from Whole Foods, the Pill Box Hike, and Lanikai Beach. The pool was clean and a great way to start the day! Check out was very simple! Would definitely stay here again!

Paradise

We had a wonderful time staying here for three weeks. The house is great with lots of room for the Grandparents, the Parents, and the Grandchildren. Great location too, close to the beautiful Kailua beach and if you just wanted a quick dip we had the pretty swimming pool. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Any questions were promptly answered by Katy. Thank you.

Private and personal stay with great location.

Was a great location outside of the city. If your looking to have access to beaches, rentals, , markets, walks, hiking and great views then this is the place to be. The owner was helpful and provided many additional items (kitchen / bathrooms/ rooms) that made the stay that much more relaxing and stress free. I preferred the location over the traditional mainstream of downtown resort areas to ease away from congestion and have more room and time to slow things down. With a private location it was very convenient and safe. It was approx 30-35 min drive into the city if we decided to hit the downtown area or visit the wakkiki beach and have a nice night out for dining and drinks. Regardless there is so much to do around this location and island in itself you can get anywhere pretty fast.

Best part about the stay was the beach across the street 2 min walk - with clear waters and tons of activities with food around every corner. (close location to pill box lookout) also, and as referenced places to to rent segways, kayaks, boards, etc

Great for families or small groups. Very spacious and clean.

Great Stay

New respect for Hawaii. While in the military and flying in and out of bases, I was always in the tourist trap areas. Rented this hose on the other side of the mountain and enjoyed every day.

Wonderful home. Quiet and close to the best beach.

Beautiful home with lots of space. This is our second time staying in the home. There is only air conditioning in the two master rooms so the rest of the house stays quite hot. We visited both times in August so maybe the remaining of the year it's fine. But our kids in the upstairs bedroom had to pull their mattresses into the master because it was just too hot to sleep. But other than that the home is wonderful.

Everything we expected and so much more!!!!!!!

We had an absolutely WONDERFUL time in Kailua and Katy's home and hospitality were much more than expected. The house is AWESOME!!! Beautiful inside and out!! My wife and our 4 teenagers were very comfortable during our 9 day stay. The beautiful Kailua beach is just a short walk across the street. The kids enjoyed swimming and boogie boarding in the waves. My wife and I enjoyed morning walks and the evening sunsets. We also enjoyed the pool at the house as well. We all had a great time playing with some of the pool toys that are provided. We were surprised how much Katy provides at the house. Would recommend checking out the house before you head to the store for supplies. Downtown Kailua is just a couple minute drive from the house and had a very nice selection of restaurants to enjoy and stores to shop. We would highly recommend staying in Katy's home if you are planning a stay in Kailua!!!!! Thanks again Katy!!!!!
