Kingswood Village is conveniently located one mile from the lake for summer fun, and minutes from local ski areas. Enjoy the pool and wading pool, dry saunas, tennis courts and exercise room in the summer. Northstar is 15 minutes away and has a shuttle service that picks up in front of the complex on Highway 267 for skiing.
This is a cozy one bedroom + loft Condo with all of the amenities. Ground level has one bedroom with a queen bed and deck. A full-size bathroom and full-size washer and dryer are on the 1st floor with the bedroom. Second level has a living room with a gas log fireplace, deck with BBQ, cable TV with DVD, table and chairs, barstools full kitchen and sleeper sofa. The loft area has two twin beds and a small closet.
