Kingswood Village is conveniently located one mile from the lake for summer fun, and minutes from local ski areas. Enjoy the pool and wading pool, dry saunas, tennis courts and exercise room in the summer. Northstar is 15 minutes away and has a shuttle service that picks up in front of the complex on Highway 267 for skiing.The charming village of Kings Beach offers many water sports, shopping, restaurants, golf and entertainment.
This is a cozy one bedroom + loft bedroom Condo with all of the amenities. Ground level has one bedroom with a Cal-King bed, TV and deck. A full-size bathroom and full-size washer and dryer are on the 1st floor with the bedroom. Second level has a living room with a gas log fireplace, deck with Gas BBQ, cable with a 32 inch flat screen TV with Blue Ray DVD, Stereo CD/Ipod player,WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET, table and chairs, barstools full kitchen that is well stocked and sleeper sofa. The loft area has a King size bed and a full bathroom that was added in the recent remodel.
The 2010 remodel includes a second full bathroom, new flooring, completely painted, new furnishings, remodeled bathroom, Remodeled kitchen with granite counters and new stove and microwave, new high end linens, WIRELESS High speed internet, flat screen TV witha Blue-Ray DVD player and much, much more!

Why the Owner Chose Kings Beach
Out of all the areas around Lake Tahoe we choose Kings Beach because we feel it is the best location on the lake. The sunny north shore has beautiful beaches with white sand and shallow water. We are just one mile from the lake. We are only 5 miles from Northstar and very close to many other ski resorts. We enjoy the new alpine village at Northstar, it's charming and it has great restaurants and stores.The North shore has many wonderful restaurants and plenty of things to do in all seasons.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our condo is in the beautiful and well maintained Kingswood Village. It is very family oriented with a heated pool, tennis courts, gym and sauna, horse shoes and ping pong. It's in a lovely wooded area, it's a great place to take long walks with many trails for walking or biking. We love to sit on our deck while the sun sets and just enjoy this lovely setting with it's beautiful pine trees.

We are both retired and we live only 80 miles from our condo. It's been our dream to have a vacation home at Lake Tahoe, and that dream came true this year. We have worked hard on our new home to make it warm and comfortable for us and our renters.

From the first moment you walk into this beautiful condo you'll feel right at home. It's comfortable and homey in every way. You're minutes away from the beach, grocery store, little shops and great resturants. Hiking, biking or just a liesurely walk in the beauty of Tahoe is waiting for you. All the amenities you could want are available. Check out the welcome book; it has all the information you'll need. The owners are extremely helpful. Thank you for everything. We'll be back!

This stylish condo is set in the midst of the forest. If you like to have your breakfast at eye-level with the pine trees, this is the place for you.

The property was not only beautifully decorated but very comfortable. It actually looks better in person in comparison with the pictures. It has everything you need to have a good nights sleep, good meals and good entertainment with great TVs and Wireless. I would recommend this property very highly and plan to go back again soon.
