The apartment has a large dual-aspect open plan living room with a well-equipped kitchen, and two balconies, one of which has views of the sea and Cap d’Antibes. At 85m2 in total, it accommodates 4 people in style.
The apartment is in a secure building with free parking in the underground garage. Local transport provides immediate access to other beaches on Cap d'Antibes and the centre of Juan les Pins. Best of Antibes

This property checks all the boxes for a clean, comfortable, and pleasing stay with the additional benefit of a fabulous location in a modern residential neighborhood on the edge of old town. Pleasing views of the sea as well as fabulous people watching. One block to a lovely seaside park and the beginning of the wall the surrounds the old town. Short walk to every store you need for your stay. We're very sensitive to noise and the street is bustling during the day and quiets down at night, so we'd rank street sounds as a non-issue. We would be happy to live in this apartment for real!

Great balcony

Apartment was just as described. Very clean, with good kitchen and comfortable furniture. Best feature for us was the balcony with sea views in two directions and a great spot to people watch below. Very convenient to the beach and town. Owners and property agent were very pleasant to work with. Would definitely recommend.

Nice place!

Very nice and elegant property with good location. Garage entrance maybe not for the largest cars though. But we were made aware in addvance, so we were prepared.
