Those of you who are looking to rent the perfect home for your 2012 vacation, look no further!!!! This gorgeous pier home, located in "The Keys" in Oceanside Village is just a short walk across the street from the beach and one of the nicest homes in The Keys! This three-bedroom, two-full-bath home is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and offers well over 1500 square feet upstairs, plus an entire garage for storage, allowing large families to spread out and enjoy!
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV and DVD player with full, private bath complete with his and her sinks. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed as well as a Trundle/bunk bed equipped with a new 42" flat screen TV with High definition receiver the kids will love! There is a second full bath off hallway. The third bedroom also has a double bed and Flat Screen TV with DVD player. there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, as well as a queen-size air mattress (easy, automatic plug in to fill) kept for additional sleeping capacity.
The kitchen offers all the amenities of home with built-in stove, refrigerator with ice maker, full-size dishwasher, microwave, a center island cook top, wrap-around bar area for casual dining that seats four, as well as a full dining area that seats six. The living room is large and spacious, with two sofas and two recliners for plenty of seating and a new 42" Plasma Flat Screen TV with High Definition and deluxe digital cable package (all channels!), Surround Sound Home Theatre System, CD Player, DVD Player, and High-Speed Wireless Internet connection available! Full laundry area available. Cook out on the gas grill and enjoy the huge wrap-around deck, which spans the entire front and sides of the house.
Home also comes with full use of this beautiful new high-end golf cart for your travels back and forth to the beach and around the village! Our pier home has everything needed for that dream vacation at the beach!
Oceanside Village is a private, gated community within Surfside Beach. It has tons of amenities to offer besides a great beach, such as an indoor and outdoor pool, new gym/fitness facility, lighted tennis courts, volleyball courts, a basketball court, a baseball field, park area/playground for the kids, and fishing lakes all around the 144-acre property. This house is just a two-minute walk to the ocean, and there is private beachfront parking available for community renters and residents only. The village is only a short drive north to Myrtle Beach and area attractions, or south to Murrell's Inlet and Pawley's Island for great seafood dining, nightlife, and specialty shops!

We can't say enough great things about the beach home, not to mention how wonderful Jennifer was to work with she was always available for any questions or what ever we needed. The home was so welcoming and clean. There was so much room for us and the best part of all pet friendly our pups go with us everywhere they need a pup vacation to. We usually have to rent a golf cart so it was so nice to have a NICE one to use. We plan to come back next year!!! We highly recommend this property!!! One more thing the neighbors are so nice!!! A fun activitie to do if you are brave you have to go parasailing it is awesome!! Go to Merls Inlet for that and great food!!!! Terry, Ann, Sahara, Delilah, Grandma Nancy, and Granny Louise

We have stayed at Oceanside Village for several years & this was by far the absolute nicest place yet!! The house was so much more than we had expected...kudo's to you for thinking of everything that makes a vacation perfect...even our family pet had a ball!! The house is so spacious, plenty of room for everyone to stretch out & relax!! We love everything about that area....favorite place is the Garden City Pier...free entertainment & great drinks & Sam's Corner...best hotdogs around! Also, Conch Cafe is the best place for snacks & drinks on the beach!!!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, pet owners, families with teenagers.

This was our first vacation at Oceanside and we had the best time! Enjoyed the ameneties Oceanside had to offfer and such a pleasant community. House was well furnished, clean and maintained - totally adequate for our family of 5 and a friend. Everyone had their own space with some to spare. Jennifer was totally acommodating and eager to answer any questions - just awesome to work with. We will definately consider a return visit to Mason Circle on our next beach vacation.

Thank you Jennifer and Adam for the use of your house. It was clean, well stocked, great golf cart and nice garage with plenty of room for storage. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the fireworks every night. This is our third time in Oceanside Village and this was the best house yet. We would definitely come back. Thanks for picking up a new super duty blender for our smoothies and for your quick response to our every request or question. Our granddaughter who turned 1 year old had a wonderful experience and my son and daughter-in-law can't wait to come back.

Our Third Visit to the Keys Pier Home

We just returned from our third annual visit to the Keys Pier Home from May 7 – 14. Obviously, pleased before, we were delighted to see the new improvements. Both bathrooms have been renovated, with a skylight added to the second full bath. The sometimes cumbersome vertical blinds leading to the wrap-around deck have been replaced with modern French doors with built-in blinds. We noticed the upgrade to a new HD TV with numerous OnDemand options. Best of all, from our Jack Russell terrier, Stella’s point of view, was the new, purple golf cart and the wrap-around deck, which had also been extensively repaired. The weather was wonderful once again, with only one evening of rain and moderate daytime temperatures. We will surely be back again.

This was our first visit to Jennifer & Adam's beach house but hopefully will not be our last. The house is spacious and so clean. They have thought of everything to make your stay relaxing and stress-free. The new golf card was wonderful to ride through the neighborhood and out to the beach, and our Shih-Tzu, Millie, loved it. This is a very convenient location - just minutes from good restaurants and great shopping at the Market Common. We enjoyed our week very much and hope to return with our family soon. After dodging tornados on the ride down this property was a welcome sight. Everything is as promised. Jennifer is always avalible to answer any questions. Great neighbors. New grill. Easy walk to the beach or just drive the golf cart that the kids voted coolest in the entire complex. We are already making plans to return.

This is our 2nd year at this property. Everything you would ever want! Beach, Wifi, golf cart, etc. Jennifer and Adam have put in new renovations and it looks better than ever. Clean and well maintained. We are looking forward to coming back again next year.

HAD A WONDERFUL WEEK ... THE HOUSE WAS VERY CLEAN AND VERY NICE FURNISHINGS....THE KITCHEN WAS STOCKED WELL WITH LOTS OF DISHES, POTS AND PANS...WE LOVED THE WRAP AROUND PORCH ...PERFECT FOR OUR GRANDSON AND TOBY (OUR DOG) I MUST SAY THE BIGGEST HIGHLIGHT FOR OUR GRANDSON WAS THE GOLF CART, HE LOVED RIDING ON IT TO FEED THE DUCKS....IT WAS A PERFECT WEEK, HOPE TO RETURN NEXT YEAR
