Those of you who are looking to rent the perfect home for a nice fall getaway, look no further!!!! This gorgeous pier home, located in "The Keys" in Oceanside Village is just a short walk across the street from the beach and one of the nicest homes in The Keys! This three-bedroom, two-full-bath home is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and offers well over 1500 square feet upstairs, plus an entire garage for storage, allowing large families to spread out and enjoy!

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV and DVD player with full, private bath complete with his and her sinks. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed as well as a Trundle/bunk bed for the kids and second full bath off hallway. The third bedroom also has a double bed, and there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, as well as a queen-size air mattress (easy, automatic plug in to fill) kept for additional sleeping capacity.

The kitchen offers all the amenities of home with built-in stove, refrigerator with ice maker, full-size dishwasher, microwave, a center island cook top, wrap-around bar area for casual dining that seats four, as well as a full dining area that seats six. The living room is large and spacious, with two sofas and two recliners for plenty of seating, Color TV (deluxe digital cable package, all channels!), Surround Sound Home Theatre System, CD Player, DVD Player, and even High-Speed Wireless Internet connection available! Full laundry area available. Cook out on the gas grill and enjoy the huge wrap-around deck, which spans the entire front and sides of the house.

Home also comes with full use of this beautiful high-end golf cart for your travels back and forth to the beach and around the village! Our pier home has everything needed for that dream vacation at the beach!

Oceanside Village is a private, gated community within Surfside Beach. It has tons of amenities to offer besides a great beach, such as an indoor and outdoor pool, new gym/fitness facility, lighted tennis courts, volleyball courts, a basketball court, a baseball field, park area/playground for the kids, and fishing lakes all around the 144-acre property. This house is just a two-minute walk to the ocean, and there is private beachfront parking available for community renters and residents only. The village is only a few minutes' drive north to Myrtle Beach and area attractions, or south to Murrell's Inlet and Pawley's Island for great seafood dining, nightlife, and specialty shops!

  • We and our white standard poodle stayed at Jennifer's beautiful house for a week in mid-October and loved it ! We'll be back again for two weeks in February 2010 ! The home was very comfortable with lovely furniture and many amentities such as the wireless internet service, cable television and golf cart along with a well furnished kitchen to make our stay like living at home. Being so close to the beach was great along with the environment of a serene gated community with the wandering ducks. Jennifer is the greatest hostess and very communicative and was the best "landlord" we have rented from in all our VRBO rentals ! Thanks Jennifer and Adam !

  • Beautiful, beautiful house! We had an excellent stay. Jennifer has made this a home away from home and we would love to stay there again. The kids even said they loved the house and they are not easy to please! The kids also loved the golf cart and we have to admit we liked it too. Neighbors were very nice and even helped us when our son was sick. We really felt at home and hated to leave. Anyone would be lucky to stay in this home - well worth the money!

We enjoyed our time at Oceanside and the weather was great. Jennifer called us to make sure all was okay which was very nice. We hope to someday own a home in Oceanside Village so that we can vacation more often and spend time with our family there also. Thanks Jen for everything!

  • We were fortunate to stay at the Keys Pier Home the week of May 2-9, 2009. The weather was perfect, and so were the accommodations. The widespread use of golf carts throughout the Keys area enhances the quiet surroundings and enables a trip to the beach in less than five minutes. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and almost anything else you might need are also provided. We hope to return again someday.

    Jennifer, Thanks again for letting us rent your beautiful beach home. We all had a GREAT time. Although speaking of time, it went by so very quickly. The surf was good for Bob to body surf some part of every day. We played a little golf at Tupelo Bay Par 3 and put away some serious crab at Crabby Mikes. Your neighbors, the Prussmans were just a nice as always. The new comforter set you got for the master bedroom is just beautiful. We have talked about vacationing in Vegas some time but Bob commented that being at the beach is the one place he feels he can truly relax. I don't think he would find Vegas relaxing. Likely we will want to rent again next year, probably the same week. The water was warm, the crowds weren't there yet and everything was perfect. Sincerely, Bob & Robyn McKenzie Sarah & Sam

  • My wife,kids and spouses, and 2 grandkids stayed for a week. We had a great time! The home is comfortable and being able to bring our 2 small dogs was a plus. Friendly neighbors, especially Dexter, and location makes for an excellant family vacation. We plan on coming back next year!
