Since our children and grandchildren use it for their vacation home too - we try to keep it as homey and family friendly as possible.

Windsor Hills is a new 5 star Vacation Resort. Our home is located just a very short walk to the clubhouse and pool. The 24 hour gated community features a heated tropical lagoon style pool with a 2 story water slide and a very large hot tub. The spacious clubhouse offers a 50 seat movie theater, pool table, table tennis, fooseball, a video arcade and a very well equipped fitness center. The clubhouse also houses a comfortable outdoor lounge area and a well stocked sundry shop.

The playground is not-just another playground!!! Movable chessmen will greet the children as they enter the gate and Mr. Dragon will watch over the kids as they play in the sand. Mom and Dad will enjoy the castle as well as the kids. Climb into the castle - play hide and seek or slide down the slides to the swings, teeter totters and merry-go-round.

Tennis, basketball and volleyball courts along with a putting green are close and conveniently located.

Windsor Hills has something for everyone -- fun for the whole family !!

The kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of counter top and cupboards. A pass-through to the dining area makes serving meals an easy task. There is a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board for your laundry needs. Bed linens, bath towels and pool towels are provided for our guests.

For the little ones -- a comfy padded height adjustable high chair and a pack n play with linens.

Bedroom #1 is furnished with queen size bed,an easy chair, rocking chair, TV and DVD. It has a private bath and a walk in closet.

Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and a set of bunk beds. A TV and VHS is in this room. A child size table and chairs awaits your kids for a little quiet time for artwork, puzzles or games.

Bedroom #3/Library features a queen sleep sofa and an easy chair. When not being used as a bedroom it's a cozy hideaway for private TV viewing, listening to music or reading a book.

The dining area and living room are quite roomy and there is a Flat Screen HD TV in the living room.

The screened in lanai is a great place for that morning coffee and to watch the sun rise over the trees.

Ceiling fans are in each bedroom, the living room and in the lanai for your comfort.

FREE WIRELESS INTERNET IS PROVIDED.


NO STAIRS TO CLIMB!!!!
Two elevators are in the building - so carrying luggage or groceries to the 4th floor is an easy task.

  • We cannot express how great our Orlando vacation was, in major part due to staying at this wonderful condo!! It was an oasis at the end of a long, hot day at the parks! Being able to eat their favorite breakfasts and snacks made the vacation that much better for the kids and they absolutely LOVED having their own room furnished with all the Disney characters. Everthing we needed was there! And the pool was heavenly! Zero depth entry which was great for our 5 year old but up to 4 foot with a waterslide, which made our 8 year old thrilled! I cannot wait to go back! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

  • Dear Marge & George, thanks so much to both of you for allowing us to stay in your home during our trip. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we were entirely comfortable there. Since it's furnished as a home, there were little extras available that we'd normally have to pack, including nightlights, pool towels, etc. I also have to say that the photos on your website don't do your place justice. Although it's very pretty on the website, the decor is even more beautiful in person. The washing machine was just wonderful - we only packed for four to five days even though we stayed ten nights. The kitchen is wonderful in that you're able to go to the store and buy food instead of eating out at every meal. And finally, the kids loved their bunk beds. Our family of 6 (4 kids ages 3,5, 10 & 14 as well as mom & dad) had an EXCELLENT time...we all had our OWN space & OWN entertainment yet WE ALL found time to get together as a family & play a couple games! Everything was really thought out....from the extra keys to the board games....to the playstation to the books of tidbits & helpful info! Very Well organized.   • We just got back from our one week stay in this beautiful condo! It seemed like it was brand new, so clean and nicely furnished. The 4th floor location was very quiet and also convenient, using either the elevator or the stairs. I slept better there than at home!   • Thanks to the Purnells for opening up their home. I stayed here for a week in early June with my 2 young sons. We had a fabulous time. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and the boys and I played Clue and cards in between trips to the parks. Everything was great from the moment we checked in. The condo was clean and cmfortable. The location could not have been better. We would hit the parks first thing in the morning and we returned back to the condo after lunch to use the pool, the playground and to recover for the next day. We will definately be staying with you again. Thanks, Pete

  • This is an AMAZING condo! You will be very happy if you choose to stay at the Purnell's condo. The condo has everything you need to make your Orlando vacation a great success. We enjoyed the pool tables, ping pong, beautiful pool with slide, the giant Chess board at the park, and the putting green. We loved the short commute to the Disney parks. We left about 8:15 am and were at the Disney gates (MK and Epcot) for the 9 am opening. We also enjoyed our side trip to Celebration. Be sure to check out the book store next to the ice cream shop. Marge was awesome to work with. We had no problems with the entire transaction. You will love the condo, the grounds, the security, the amenities, and the location. Have a fun and safe trip! Thanks to the Purnells for sharing their Orlando home. My boys loved the sign over the couch and made it into a little song... "Enter as strangers, leave as friends!" That's how we felt!

  • Amazing Deal! This is a fabulous, beautifully maintained and decorated condo, located only a very short distance from the Disney Parks, yet in a safe, quiet, gated community with lots of activities for young kids to teens: great pool, free movies, health club, volleyball, basketball, putting green, playground, billiards, and ping pong--all within a 5 minute walk of the condo. The best part about it is that the price can't be beat--three bedrooms and two baths for about what you would pay for a single hotel inexpensive hotel room per night. The owners are very nice and helpful and we had a terrific time. I strongly recommend this condo for a family vacation (we were a family of 7 and found the condo very comfortable) to Disney, and I would happily stay here again.
