Windsor Hills is a new 5 star Vacation Resort. Our home is located just a very short walk to the clubhouse and pool. The 24 hour gated community features a heated tropical lagoon style pool with a 2 story water slide and a very large hot tub. The spacious clubhouse offers a 50 seat movie theater, pool table, table tennis, fooseball, a video arcade and a very well equipped fitness center. The clubhouse also houses a comfortable outdoor lounge area and a well stocked sundry shop
The playground is not-just another playground!!! Movable chessmen will greet the children as they enter the gate and Mr. Dragon will watch over the kids as they play in the sand. Mom and Dad will enjoy the castle as well as the kids. Climb into the castle - play hide and seek or slide down the slides to the swings, teeter totters and merry-go-round.
Tennis, basketball and volleyball courts along with a putting green are close and conveniently located in the Resort area.
Windsor Hills has something for everyone -- fun for the whole family !!
The kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of counter top and cupboards. A pass-through to the dining area makes serving meals an easy task. There is a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board for your laundry needs. Bed linens, bath towels and pool towels are provided for our guests.
For the little ones -- a comfy padded height adjustable high chair and a pack n play with linens.
A basket full of pool toys & floats for fun in the pool.
Ponchos provided for those hopefully not many rainy days.
Bedroom #1 is furnished with queen size bed,an easy chair, rocking chair, TV and DVD. It has a private bath and a walk in closet.
Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and a set of bunk beds. A TV and VHS is in this room. A child size table and chairs awaits your kids for a little quiet time for artwork, puzzles or games.
Bedroom #3/Library features a queen sleep sofa and an easy chair. When not being used as a bedroom it's a cozy hideaway for private TV viewing, listening to music or reading a book.
The dining area and living room are quite roomy and there is a Flat Screen HD TV in the living room.
The screened in lanai is a great place for that morning coffee and to watch the sun rise over the trees. Disney fireworks can sometimes be seen from the lanai also.
CEILING FANS ARE IN EACH BEDROOM, THE LIVING ROOM AND ON THE LANAI FOR YOUR ADDED COMFORT.

Why the Owner Chose Windsor Hills
Due to an illness it became wise to sell our home of 30 years. One of our daughters offered us an in-law suite in her home, so we moved in with her family. What to do with the proceeds from the sale of our home???? What better place for our children, grandchildren and their friends to enjoy along with us? And we really do enjoy knowing that other families get to enjoy a comfortable vacation home away from home.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Relaxation is the biggest benefit we enjoy when staying at our property. The first thing I always do though is read the comments in the Guest Book and to gather the artwork the children leave on the bulletin board in the bedroom. We do enjoy going to Celebration and other attractions near Orlando. I usually must take a stroll in Downtown Disney to have lunch or dinner and to pick up something to bring back to the grandchildren! Naturally when the little grandchildren are with us, a visit to the Disney parks is always a MUST! The older grandchildren also enjoy the parks, but a trip to Coco Beach is always in order too.

We are George & Marge Purnell and have been married for 54 years. George spent 20 years in the Marine Corps, then worked for 22 more years until he retired. Marge spent most of her time taking care of the homefront, but did manage a few part time jobs. We have three children and 7 grandchildren, and on 12/27/2010 our 1st precious great grandaughter came into our lives Our family has been and still is the most important part of our lives. We enjoy going to Florida a couple times each year to enjoy the sun,and to enjoy the magic of Disney and to observe all the happy children. We also enjoy touring the surrounding areas such as St. Augustine, Winter Park and Celebration.

We stayed here in December 2010, so this review is a little late. We had 5 adults, a 3 year old, and an infant in our group. This place was amazing! It literally is just a few minutes away from Disney. The condo is better than the pictures. Marge is great to work with. I have no negatives to report at all. The reason I thought to write this review is that we are planning a return trip to Disney. If we have the right number of people, we will definitely be staying here again.

This home was very comfortable and relaxing, and as beautiful as the pictures on the website reflect. It is a very close and easy drive to the Disney parks. The resort is very nice, and all of the Windsor Hills staff is very friendly and professional. The condo itself is very clean, nicely decorated, and spacious. My kids especially enjoyed the puzzles and games, and there were several nice Disney touches that they liked. It was so nice to return to the condo for a relaxing evening after the hustle and bustle of the parks. My kids, ages 5 & 7, liked it so much they chose to skip the parks on the last day and stay at the resort. Marge is wonderful to work with, and we would highly recommend this property to friends/family. We hope we'll have the opportunity to stay here again soon!!!

My family enjoyed our stay at your condo in July. It was exactly what we needed. As the previous reviewer stated, the pictures don’t do this condo justice!! It was perfect - comfortable, clean, stocked with everything needed and well themed. I was there with my four children ages 11, 14, 16 & 17, we have visited WDW many times, and they all agree we have found our new place for our Orlando vacations! The location is great, easy access to WDW, shopping and restaurants. Marge is a dream to work with. Thank you so much for everything! We are looking forward to our return this November.

I stayed here for a week with my dad, sister and her family. The location can't be beat. The only thing stopping me from giving this place a 5-star review is the sofa bed. With my dad in the master and sister and her kids in the other bedroom, I got the sofa bed. I found out the first night it is more comfortable to sleep on as a sofa than it is as a bed. There is a pole right in my back. Sleeping at the other end of the bed didn't help one bit.

I thought the pictures looked great on the web site, but they do not compare to the real condo. By far the cleanest and nicest place I have rented. The owner is awesome to deal with and has everthing you need for your stay at the condo. Having tickets delivered to your door within an hour was great. The company that takes care of the rental was very quick to take care of some tv issues.

We had an excellent stay at your property June 4th - 11th. What impressed me most was how the condo actually looked BETTER in person than in the pictures. That's a rarity in my experience. :) Enjoyed many of the 'little' things like the ponchos and pool toys. Also took advantage of the available pack-n-play and high chair. I thought the property was well decorated and not OVER THE TOP like some properties in the area. The kids' room had just the right amount of Disney-themed items. Our daughter enjoyed having her own TV in her room too. Everything worked well in the unit and we had no issues whatsoever. Location was excellent (10-15 minutes away, depending on traffic, which park you are going to.) Pool and clubhouse amenities were nice as well. I won't hesitate to recommend your property to others and HOPEFULLY will be able to rent from you again SOON! Thanks Marge!

We have never been on a vacation where they accommodations look exactly like the brochure, until this September. Thank you so much for opening your home to us. We were closer to the Disney parks than we thought possible without the hustle and bustle. Along with the beautiful accommodations, the pool was luxurious retreat that we so grateful for a the end of the day. Located just off Route 192 we had so many choices for dining and/or a quick bite on the way home. We couldn't be happier with our vacation. Thank you again.

Thank you so much for renting your condo. My grandkids called it the Castle! We all had a wonderful time at your condo, we even went to the theatre that was at the clubhouse. Your condo is very nice and comfortable, it was a very short walk to the pool. We loved the third bedroom which we used as a playroom, movie room and a curl up with a good book room! I would definitely rent your condo anytime that I come to Orlando. Thanks again.

We've tried to keep in-house entertainment family friendly for all ages with appropriate games, videos, pool toys, coloring books, crayons, etc. for all to enjoy during those "down-time" hours.
