Downtown Grand Haven, Fulton House is two blocks from Grand Haven's Main Street. Enjoy walking the boardwalk to the Lighthouse and watch the sun set over Lake Michigan. From Fulton House it is a short walk to Chinooks Pier, Marinas, ice creams shops, Waterfront Stadium, Restaurants, and Downtown shopping. Looking to go Charter Boat fishing, Whitney Charters are located nearby and offer morning or evening Charters.
At Fulton House you will find a fully furnished house with games, books, TV, and CD/VHS player. Just bring your suntan oil and relax! There are three living areas, two eating areas, three bedrooms (one queen, one full, and two twins), plus a futon and a roll-away bed. Outside we have a horsepit, patio with table and chairs, and firepit. Or just sit on the front porch and people watch.
No home will be rented to vacationing students or young adults under the age of 25 unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. A parent or guardian must be staying in the home while it is rented. Homes are monitored for violation of this policy. ALL VIOLATERS WILL BE EVICTED WITH ALL RENTAL PAYMENTS FOREFEITED AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL BE APPLIED. RESERVATION MADE UNDER FALSE PRETENSES ARE NULL AND VOID AND CHECK-IN WILL NOT BE ALLOWED.

A home away from home! We very much enjoyed our stay here. It was a nice break from the day to day, with all of the conveniences of being at home. ( I believe we even over packed!) We would recommend Fulton House to friends and family any day!

What am intersting old home this is! We're cozy and comfortable, enjoying all the extras. The photo of Fulton House in the late 1800's fasinated us. Thank you for everything. We would certainaly recommend this home to others.

We had a wonderful time at Grand Haven & really appreciated all of the amenities that were available in your home. Much more than we expected. We had a family and friend reunion while we were here & it was great being able to provide them with more than enough sleping accomodations. Since we live in North Carolin, our visits are few and far between. JW Bar/Restaurant pn Washington and Seventh has the best lake perch on the western part of the state. We will recommend your home to our family/friends without question.

We had a wonderful time here in Grand Haven. Since it was a bit chillier this week we spent a lot more time on land than we expected. Old Boys Brewhouse was one of our favorite meals it was so wonderful; so many options. We also spent a delightful evening at Great Lake Downs. We ate as we cheered our favorite horse on. The week has flowen by! The Fulton House was a wonderful home away from home. It certainly added to our vacation!

A wonderful time was had by all in your charming house. It proved to be a great jumping off point for all the Lakeshore area has to offer, including short walks to local attractions, drivng and shopping. See you next year!
