Be one of our guests to enjoy our lovely, immaculate condominium, easily one of the most desirable at our complex. It is beautifully decorated and a wonderful summer and winter retreat. Each bedroom has its own bathroom allowing for more privacy.
The kitchen has more than you could wish for including a waffle maker, cuisinart, blender, mixer, toaster, and other appointments. Lots of board games available for your use. Three TV's. Two with cable and one for video games. Two DVD's. WiFi available. Firewood available for your use .
Enjoy your days on our beautiful private sandy beach for kayaking,
swimming, and boating. Bring your beach gear and umbrella and spend your days on one of the most beautiful lakes in the world. Generations of families have loved building sand castles, digging and fishing for crawdads on our lovely beach, or just relax in the sun with a good book.
Northstar is a 10 min drive. We are a 5 min walk to Old Brockway Golf Course. We are a 3 minute drive to Tahoe Vista boat launch. North Tahoe Regional Park is only 5 minutes by car. The park provides wonderful tennis, hiking, mountain biking, slides and swings, baseball fields and soccer fields.

Everything is in walking distance. Casinos are 5 minutes away by car. You can walk to a spacious and modernized Safeway store only minutes away, which also has a Starbuck's. Great restaurants within 5 minutes from our complex. Lanza's, a family Italian restaurant, is just a 2 minute walk. Expect to wait or go very early. Jason's has indoor and outdoor dining. Also call for take out and sit on the beach ! They serve everything, not expensive and very easy. My favorite! Walk along the beach going East, and you will find Java Hut where you can find your morning coffee and goodies...This is another favorite ! This is a highly sought after complex for rentals during summer and winter.

We stayed the condo in Christmas Holiday. There is very nice fireplace and convenience kitchen. It is very comfortable and we will plan to stay again when we go to north Lake Tahoe.

My family and I had a great time at this condo. A very cozy place with a great kitchen, wonderful patio with gas and charcoal grills, and a nice little pool in the common area. Real close by to beautiful beaches and good food. Thanks to the owner, Pamela, who was very accommodating and always willing to answer our questions and to the manager, who helped us out with a sticky door.

We stayed for five nights at this condo in August. Pam was great to deal with--we were uncertain of being able to extend our dates, and she was patient and helpful throughout. The unit is very clean and well supplied, with comfortable furniture and good firm beds, and we love having such easy access to the beach and pool without having to drive. The beach, though small, is perfect for young children--sandy, gradual incline, protected--and though we miss not having a view of the lake, we are outside most of the time--hiking, kayaking, biking, etc-- so our family was quite happy! We look forward to renting there again this winter. Thank you, Pam!

We recently stayed at this Condo and had a wonderful VRBO experience. The condo has everything you could ask for and more. Location, location, location; we walked almost everywhere we needed to go; the store, restaurants, Kings Beach, etc….Everything from the linens to the furnishings were as nice as any rental I have ever stayed. The owner was a dream to work with and the resident managers could not have been any nicer or accommodating if we needed anything at all. We will definitely keep this listing on our favorites. This property is conveniently located near several ski resorts (e.g. Northstar, Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley, Diamond Peak). The photos were representative of the accommodations and the town home was well maintained and clean. The kitchen has pretty much everything that you would need for cooking (e.g. cookware, plates/cups, utensils, spices), and the den includes a TV with DVD/VCR player and a cabinet full of boardgames. The owner was a pleasure to work with and very flexible. She informed me that my credit card would be shredded after processing, which was appreciated. Furthermore, we originally tried to go to Tahoe one weekend during a blizzard, and the highways were closed. When I called the owner, she was very understanding and offered to give us a credit for an alternative weekend in the future! A+ customer service!

Our family with young kids stayed at this condo and we were impressed with how clean everything was and how well stocked the unit was with kitchen amenities. It was also really nice that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The condo was very close to Safeway and Lanza's restaurant which we took advantage of. Also, our drive to Northstar was a breeze. We also walked out to the lake area which boasts a great view. I would recommend this rental!

My family & I spent 3 heavenly nights in this wonderful condo! Because we arrived so late (2:15 am), Pam arranged for the inside & outside lights to be on for us - Thanks, Pam! Your condo is absolutely perfect in every way! The bedrooms & bathrooms were sparkling clean with every amenity we could ask for! The kitchen was phenomenal - it lacked nothing - every gadget you would ever require is @ your disposal. The downstairs living area is so comfortably decorated (I love moose!) The fireplace is always an added bonus! The area is very quiet & easy to get to - even in a blizzard! Pam, dealing with you was an absolute pleasure! We look forward to staying here again! Thanks for helping us to make such a memorable weekend!
