MASTER BEDROOM & BATH HIGHLIGHTS
The master bedroom is open with lots of light. It features a King Size pillow top bed with dual side tables & lamps. Ceiling fan is controlled at the bed. Air conditioning can be controlled separately from the rest of the house. Enjoy the views of the Pacific from the balcony through an 8 ft. glass sliding door.
The spacious master bath features a full-size walk-in shower. There is an operable window in the bath for light and ventilation.
GUEST BEDROOM HIGHLIGHTS
The guest bedroom has 2 sliding glass doors allowing lots of light and acces to 2 patios. It features a King Size pillow top bed with side tables & lamps and a ceiling fan. There is a desk and mirror for convenience and it can be air conditioned separately if needed. This bedroom has a private access to the common bath. There are 2 brightly colored stained glass mosaic sailfish making this a memorable place to stay.
KITCHEN HIGHLIGHTS
The Fully Furnished Kitchen features a 19 cf. refrigerator, dishwasher, self-cleaning oven with range, and a microwave. The kitchen also features a coffee maker, toaster, blender, garbage disposal, Bottle Opener and a Lime Squeezer.
LIVING/ DINING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS
The living/dining has vaulted ceilings with a ceiling fan and a huge sliding door to take advantage of the view of the Pacific. There is a Queen Sleeper Sofa to accommodate up to six, reclining seat, and a glass dining table on a carved stone base. There is a computer with internet, a dvd player and a VHS player. Sorry, no cable TV.
LOCATION
The beach and Ocean are the main attraction. Although the beach is not suitable for taking dips if you aren't a strong swimmer because of the riptide but world class skimboarding contests are held in front and if you like to surf fish, you can bring your equipment and give it a try. If you are adventurous, you can climb the rocks and go over to Lovers and divorce beach which surround the arch. There you can do some snorkeling and enjoy a swimming beach. The intensity of the waves change almost daily.
Terrasol is a perfectly located low-rise, low-density resort offering privacy and tranquility. It is less than a ten minute walk to the bustling village of Cabo San Lucas along with its modern marina, shops, restaurants and cantinas. You will avoid long taxi or bus rides to where the fun spots are and you can avoid the expense of a rental car if you choose. There is a place to park a rental car for a fee.
This 1800 square foot luxury condominium is an end unit next to the Playa Grande on the top floor of a two story building. It has three wrap around decks with beautiful Bougainvillea planters. From that perch, you can see panoramic views of the blue Pacific and at the right time of year, whales. Bring your binoculars.

Why the Owner Chose Terrasol Resort
Went to Cabo as a teenager in 1973. Not much there except natural beauty and great weather that is why I love to come back . Come down as often as I can.

The private beach is one of few in Mexico. It costs the resorts plenty for the privledge but it makes the difference between a relaxing or annoying vacation.

This is by far the best condo we have ever stayed at in Cabo.. We have stayed here on numerous trips to Cabo and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else! The condo is always impeccably clean and has everything you could possibly need. It is a beautiful two bedroom condo with large living room and good sized kitchen! The large deck overlooks the pool and ocean... its absolutely beautiful! I'm actually appalled to see the review from Kenneth as none of this has ever been true when I have stayed here. The owner was very kind and accommodating each and every time we have worked with him. Maybe Kenneth drank too many beers on the flight across the country and forgot he left the dishes on the coffee table! Really his comments are absurd! You would be missing an amazing piece of paradise if you listened to Kenneth and didn't stay at this AMAZING CONDO!!!!!!

Condo was filthy. Toilets were left disgustingly dirty. Blinds were not operational and therefore could not be closed to keep sun out of room early in the morning. Floor was not cleaned or mopped. Dirty dishes left on coffee table. Unsure if sheets on bed had been washed so we washed them at 11.00 that night. This was the worst place we have ever stayed. When you rent a condo and fly across the country you don`t expect to have to clean someone else`s toilets when you check in. We stayed 1 night and packed up the next day and changed places. We called owner and told him about all the problems and asked for a refund minus 1 night and he told me that I was crazy. Hopefully I can make sure that this doesn`t happen to anyone else. Terra Sol told me personally told me that the owner did not have the condo cleaned for us before we got there. I am sure the owner will say that all of this is false. Please use your good judgement and bypass this condo. There are many other good condos for rent in Terra Sol. This one condo is not representative of what you normally find in Terra Sol. The staff at Terra Sol are great and felt terrible for our situation. Hopefully my review will make sure no one else has this bad of an experience.

We cleaned the place before we left, as we have done before, so I know the condition it was in the day he arrived. He left before informing us of his displeasure as he says in his complaint. His email to inform us of the conditions was more an attempt at extortion with the threat to write a bad review than a reasonable explanation why we couldn't get a maid and the on sight mechanic to mitigate his problems. I think this was his plan from the beginning. He probably got a deal at Playa Grande after booking with us and figured he could force us to give his money back. I wish I could attach a couple of emails this guy sent to make my point. I have never had someone spend so much time writing negative emails on their vacation. I should have suspected This guy was going to be trouble because in an email prior to his arrival, he described how you can steal cable TV by bringing a receiver from home. When I go to Cabo I don't want to spend my time in front of a TV but some do. I think not being able to entertain himself with the Pacific Ocean outside your door and all Cabo has to offer was the problem here. One day without TV and he had to leave. There isn't a better place to stay in Cabo than Terrasol and my place is one of the best there. If this guy can't find happiness in a place like Cabo then maybe he never will.

We flew in to Cabo on Thanksgiving Day and this condo had all of the amenities and all of the kitchen gear that we could have asked for, we actually made an amazing Thanksgiving Dinner in Cabo! Not to mention free internet, a dish washer, washer and dryer, A/C, everything. We had to work around the A/C in the main room by throwing the circuit breaker every once in a while, but it ended up not being a big deal. One thing i would recommend for the owner is to provide some instructions about the complex (best pool, where to take garbage, how A/C works, etc....we figured these things out eventually) and information on restaurants in town and other things he likes to see. We vacation quite a bit and it's always nice to see what the owner's favorites are. This was a great stay and we'd definitely recommend it to friends who are looking for a mellow and peaceful (and did I mention fully equipped?) stay in Cabo.

We have stayed in this the condo several times. Its quite, nicely decorated and has every thing you need. Love that it is right on the beach, yet NO vendors while you are enjoying the surf. We have even caught several fish right in front of the unit shore fishing. Its an easy walk into town for food, fun, shopping and boat fishing. I have been to Cabo several times.......yet I don't think there is a more perfect spot to stay then in this unit in Terrasol! It has everything you want if you are looking for a quiet serene place to relax!
