I have stayed at several beach houses over the past several years and this house by far is my favorite! I loved the way the house was set up with 2 kitchens and plenty of room for all of our children! To have the luxury of not having to rent golf carts, chairs, boogie boards, and linens was just icing on the cake. The house is very beautifully decorated and maintained! My children loved feeding the fish and turtles in the pond out back! That was a daily ritual for us. Having a park close by and a grocery store across the street were great perks too! This house is in a great location and really is a fantastic house! Already looking forward to coming back next year!

The Cabaniss Family Retreat

This was the most relaxing vacation we have ever had and we have been going to Myrtle Beach for the past 20+ years! You were in need of NOTHING with this house rental except to sit back and RELAX! ALL amenities were provided from the Golf Cart's down to the Coffee Pot! lol Seriously, everything was thought out perfectly by the homeowners. The house was immaculate and extremely clean. The photos did accurately reflect the property, but this rental is even more amazing in person! My mom went with us and just had a wonderful time feeding the turtles, ducks, fish and geese oh my! lol We love to fish so again we had the best of both worlds, it was like going to the beach and the lake all in one trip...... bike riding, since bikes were also provided in the rental, it has been forever since we have been on a bike but this was how we started our mornings, better ride early before it gets too hot though! We recommend eating at River Street Cafe, the hamburgers are wonderful :) Hooks Seafood, wonderful Seafood, and the Conch Cafe has a great lunch menu as you sit outside overlooking the beach. I would like to thank the homeowners for a home away from home..... we made new Family Memories as we reflected on the past ones :) Life's A Beach! Thanks again for a wonderful trip! We had 10 in our party and each and everyone of us HIGHLY RECOMMEND this rental to anyone who wants to just sit back and RELAX :) !!! For future renters, E N J O Y your DREAM VACATION :) !!

Family Time

From the moment we walked in we were impressed. The house smelled clean and was in great condition. It was great to have all the beach toys for the kids so we did not have to go buy anything. It was a whirlwind trip to South Carolina for a wedding but it was great to be able to relax at the house. The house accommodated us with all out cooking needs and we even baked the wedding cake there! It was beautiful house, wonderful community, we would definitely come back again!

Fantastic Find in Myrtle Beach Area

The house was fantastic and as clean as advertised. Two families shared the house and the complete 2-bedroom unit downstairs gave us the personal space needed for each family to enjoy private time. Wonderful location for Myrtle Beach area and proximity to the beach. The golf carts were fun for all ages, 1-40, and made trips to the beach very convenient and relaxing. No sand in the vehicle which is quite a bonus. The Shower on the exterior of the house was fantastic, it allowed for a hot shower to completely remove all sand before entering the house. The use of the beach chairs, toys, umbrellas and boogie boards completed a great beach experience. I also would like to commend the owner of the property for her response to us locking ourselves out of the house. Within 20 minutes of calling the owner, we were in the house. The only item I would suggest is maybe a dining guide/menus for the area. As a group that likes fresh seafood and higher scale dining, I always appreciate reviews of local restaraunts when I vacation. Murrells Inlet was definately a dining gem.

BEAUTIFUL HOUSE

House is beautiful and excellent size for my family, parents, sister and husband and my grandmother. This house has everything you need. My only complaint is nothing the owner can fix, the beach was way too crowded for us. Wish we could move this house to a quieter beach. Excellent communication from the owners and beautifully kept house.

This is a beautiful home and it shows like a model home. It was very clean. My parents, my sister, brother-in-law, their 3 young boys and my family really enjoyed the home and our vacation there. There was plenty of room for us all. Having the two golf carts was really handy too. It is a really nice place and we would like to go back. One week was definitely not enough!

Wonder Place to Relax!

This is a beautiful home and the set up was Great for our families. Lots of space to spread out and we didn't feel like we were sitting on top of each other! Nice that it had two laundry rooms and the golf carts,bike and water toys were a plus also. We really enjoyed cooking meals in the spacious well equipped kitchen, disappointed though that the gas grill wasn't in working order. Also Caution this owner does expect you to totally clean this house prior to your leaving. I don't mind emptying trash and picking up but please should I have to mop, dust and run the sweeper? Still it was a wonderful place and we have alot of cherished memories! Our grandson stated " this must be what heaven is like!"

The home was the nicest we ever stayed in. Clean, refreshing and most importantly, relaxing. Ever kitchen gadget needed was there. The layout of the home is wonderful. The children loved feeding the ducks and watching the turtles swim around the water. The fountain in the water was wonderful to see and listen to in the evenings. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Great accommodations. Wonderfully layed out house with plenty of room for our 6 adults and 6 children family. Beautifully furnished with everything you need. Lots to do in the area. Our family vacation was perfect.

WE RENTED THE LOERZEL'S HOME FOR MY FATHER'S 60TH BIRTHDAY, WE HAD 15 OF US (8 ADULTS AND 7 KIDS) STAY THERE VERY COMFORTABLY. WE TAKE 2-3 VACATIONS A YEAR AND I MUST SAY THAT THE FUN WE HAD IN SC WAS ONE OF THE BEST VACATIONS OUR FAMILY HAS EVER HAD. WE WILL DEFINATELY BE STAYING THERE AGAIN. THE HOUSE WAS CLEAN, BEAUTIFUL AND VERY CONVENIENT TO EVRYTHING.
