Spacious two-story end unit townhome with patio and deck - interior updated in 2006. All rooms with forest view. Master bedroom with king-size bed and cable TV, and second room with queen-size bed - both rooms open to upstairs deck. Third room with queen futon lower bunk and twin top bunk. Upstairs bath with bathtub/shower, downstairs bath with shower. There is also a sleeper sofa and an extra matress - 10 people can sleep there, but it would be tight. (For big groups, more room available if you also book with our next door neighbors. Let us know!)
Cozy living room with stone fireplace and dining room adjacent to a south facing patio - lots of sunshine. Dining table for 6 plus kitchen counter stools for 3. Clubhouse with pool, hot tub, and laundromat across the street. Kitchen fully stocked, full-size refrigerator. Hiking, biking and restaurant maps and recommendations also provided by enthusiastic owners.
Only ¾ mile from down-town and two blocks from National Forest Trails – biking, hiking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing. Free shuttle bus at end of driveway which takes you to Winter Park Ski Resort and area restaurants. Private area surrounded by lodge pole pines and aspens.
For larger parties, you may accomodate additional people with our next door neighbor's 2 bdr place at vrbo #102573 for a total of sleeping arrangements for 14 people.
