  • Great spot near the Ann Wigmore Institute

"A perfect location to attend the Ann Wigmore Institute. Loved the place. Could move right in for a year. Wonderful fresh air from the crashing surf. Wish I were there right now."

  • Studio Rental Feedback

"Rental: Dec.26th – Dec.30th. This was our first experience staying at a location other than a hotel or resort. Evelyn, the owner, was prompt and helpful answering our questions from the time we booked the reservation until the end of our stay. She mailed us the keys to the studio and instructions with plenty of time prior to our departure which helped eliminate any stress. The studio looks exactly as the pictures shown on the website. The studio is conveniently and centrally located in the heart of Isla Verde. It is a short walking distance to basically everything: the beach, car rentals, restaurants, drycleaners, hotels, casinos, grocery store, Walgreens, etc. The studio was clean upon arrival and had the all the amenities listed on the website. The building is quiet, the people were polite and it has a 24 hours security guard which makes you feel safe and secure. We were mostly out of the studio during the day and most of the night, but did enjoy the wonderful ocean view in the mornings and evenings while getting ready to go out. The building doesn’t have parking, but we were able to park our rental car in front of the building and across the street at the Howard & Johnson Hotel parking facility for $15 per day. We were able to go in and out as many times as needed to for that price. The studio met our needs for our stay in San Juan but, would have liked for the studio to have a place to store our luggage. We will recommend this rental studio to others."

  • Tremendous

"Tremendous apartment, great location within walking distant of everything in Old San Juan including a wonderful private beach. The unit is more than advertised. Very smooth transaction and deposit refunded within 48 hours as promised. Margarita was so helpful with plenty of wonderful suggestions. Also the unit is right next door to Palmas restaurant and bar where the food is authentic and the owner Javier and his staff insures everyone feels at home."

  • Nice home on the beach in Punta Santiago, Humacao

"If you are looking for a 5-star resort with pampering and room service, this is not for you. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation with home on the beach and a taste of the local island culture than look no further. Located on the end of a quiet road this home is well equipped with everything you will need. If not, than a supermarket and gas station are within a 5 minute walk and a Walmart a 5 minute drive along with many food and shopping options. The neighbors are very friendly. Eva, across the street, has lived there for 50+ years and says everyone in the neighborhood are her family and crime is not an issue. We had a small group of 6 and had a small wedding on the beach in front of the home. Room in home many more and is well equipped with kids toys for the beach. We strongly recommend doing a trip to Calebra. We went with East Island Excursions and went to Flamenco Beach (rated top 5 beach in world by Travel Channel). El Yunque is also close by. Can't wait to come again!"
