"10 of us, age 8 months to 70 years, travelled to Berkleley for a Family wedding. All of us were from South Africa and Australia. The beautiful house and studio were just so perfect for the whole family. The house was very well equipped and Sylvia was a perfect correspondent, who saw to all our needs and wants. We all just loved it and had such a memorable time that we will treasure forever. Beautiful walks close by. Couldn't have been better. Highly recommended"Guest: Marls Wilton Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 29, 2014View listing
"My wife and I spent 2 nights at this cottage. We have stayed in several rental properties in this area, and this is one of the best. It is exactly as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. The setting is beautiful and the gardens are a special treat. The owners have thought of everything and have provided good instructions as to how to use all the features of the cottage. We would definitely stay there again."Guest: Bill H. Date of Stay: December 2013 Review Submitted: January 9, 2014View listing
"Great family house! As soon as we entered we felt like we were home. Fantastic kitchen and patio, and plenty of room. Location is ideal, safe neighborhood, walkable to the park, wholefoods, restaurants & cafés."Guest: Sheila T. Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 26, 2014View listing
"This was a perfect spot to stay for a sibling weekend with my twin brothers who live in the city! The apartment was exactly as described, very clean, the space was so comfortable and the view was out of this world gorgeous. We especially loved the jar plantings in Trey's apartment. Twin Peaks was a great place to view the city, Bay and Ocean all at the same time. We had transportation with my brothers close but also used Uber as a backup and took the bus to Noe Valley and the Castro for great restaurants. Trey was so helpful with our questions about the tv (we are not real technical). The bottle of wine waiting for us and the personal note on the table were a nice touch - thank you, Trey! We covered a lot of territory in 4 days - walked across the Golden Gate, attended Paul McCartney concert at Candlestick, Beach Blanket Babylon in North Beach, Bodega Bay and Russian Hill wine tasting and too many restaurants to mention. Thank you for a very special weekend in the city."Guest: Siblings Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 29, 2014View listing
