  • Great cabin retreat

"I want to thank Kim for a great experience. The cabin was exactly what we were looking for. A place to relax and unwind during the hectic schedule we had for my brother's wedding. The weather was amazing and we enjoyed the peacefulness of the cabin. It worked out well for my family and everyone could not stop talking about how nice it was and how glad they were to not be in a hotel."

  • An Enjoyable, Walk-able Visit

"Six of our immediate family stayed for six days to attend a family wedding. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and with some planning, found the one bath to not be a problem. We walked to local, independent coffee shops (Windy Saddle & Higher Grounds),to dinner each night and to the Coors tour. Most of our party climbed to the top of Table Mountain behind the house. The house owner was very easy to work with - good communication."

  • Perfect for our 4 Generation Vacation

"The hardwood floors were great for my 93 year old parents (walker & cane). My son and his wife and 2 daughters--4 yrs & 18 months completed our group of 7. The home was just what we needed for a 4 day relaxing inter-generational family gathering. We enjoyed the birds, views, horses, hot tub, fireplace, & Kim's hospitality. The German restaurant a mile+ from the home was amazing--reservations are recommended. I drove to Kim's home from Michigan after stopping in Nebraska to pick up my parents. My son's family flew to Denver from Seattle. We found this location to be an acceptable drive from the Denver airport. If you are looking for updated Euro feel amenities--this is not the place for you. This is for guests wanting a get-away with comfortable homey spaces."

  • Golden, Colorado - Great Location + Great Condo = Great Times!

"I have to admit, this was our first visit to Golden Colorado & our first time using VRBO. I spoke with a few co-workers to understand how it all worked and then I went online and found this cute 2 bedroom condo. This condo has everything that was advertised and it was super easy to get to the Pepsi Centre using the Light rail (RTD) from Golden. The Owner was great to deal with and answered all of my many questions and handled the whole transaction professionally and on a very timely manner. We would definitely recommend this 2 bedroom condo & Golden Colorado to other visitors."

Golden Travel Tips

Golden Lodging Option

Golden vacation homes are the perfect way to experience the town of Golden, Colorado, and beyond by providing a variety of unique, fun and economical options to compliment your vacation. Choose from cottages, guest homes, townhomes or condos. Select a secluded mountain ranch for your own or something with more historic flare. The amenities are as diverse as the homes themselves and you'll be sure to benefit from the privacy, intimacy, accessibility, luxury and character that your Golden lodging selection provides.

Golden Location

Located at the very base of the Rocky Mountains and just minutes from the city, Denver vacation rentals are the perfect spot for the vacation that needs to have it all. Golden lodging puts you just moments away from the mountains, winter and summer excursion opportunities, as well as access to major shopping, dining and entertainment venues. Whether you enjoy the Old West style or modern metropolitan, there's something here for every taste and preference. Going for a ride could mean a drive through the majestic Rocky Mountain range or a horse ride for a slower pace and more exposure to the natural environment and wildlife in the area.

Golden Opportunities

Golden vacation homes put you minutes away from any entertainment you desire. Visit Heritage Square, "A Victorian Entertainment and Shopping Village," and their music hall, haunted house, amusement park or Alpine slide—a great activity for the whole family. Or check out the Coors Brewery after 18 holes of golf. Of course, for the true Western lover, the Buffalo Bill Museum & Grave cannot be missed. Plus, there's the Colorado Railroad Museum, or the Astor House Museum for an interactive and personal look into the local Colorado history and the pioneer lifestyle.
