"Home away from Home ! Thanks so much! While only a brief stay (4 days) our stay was very comfortable. Cottage was very clean and really enjoyed the front porch, a wonderful view of the city . Great location also, nice walk to downtown golden ! Golden is such a dog friendly town ,and really appreciate you allowing dogs , furring family members have a safe nice fenced in back yard ! . Grilling area also a nice plus. And neighborhood was really nice, had some deer pass through in front of the house a couple nights also. Had a great time in Golden. Thank you!"

  • Perfect for our 4 Generation Vacation

"The hardwood floors were great for my 93 year old parents (walker & cane). My son and his wife and 2 daughters--4 yrs & 18 months completed our group of 7. The home was just what we needed for a 4 day relaxing inter-generational family gathering. We enjoyed the birds, views, horses, hot tub, fireplace, & Kim's hospitality. The German restaurant a mile+ from the home was amazing--reservations are recommended. I drove to Kim's home from Michigan after stopping in Nebraska to pick up my parents. My son's family flew to Denver from Seattle. We found this location to be an acceptable drive from the Denver airport. If you are looking for updated Euro feel amenities--this is not the place for you. This is for guests wanting a get-away with comfortable homey spaces."

  • An Enjoyable, Walk-able Visit

"Six of our immediate family stayed for six days to attend a family wedding. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and with some planning, found the one bath to not be a problem. We walked to local, independent coffee shops (Windy Saddle & Higher Grounds),to dinner each night and to the Coors tour. Most of our party climbed to the top of Table Mountain behind the house. The house owner was very easy to work with - good communication."

  • Brewmaster House

"The brewmaster house served us exceptionally well during our trip to our sons graduation at CO School of Mines. The house was a 15 minute walk to the ceremony on campus and the main bike path in the area was right out the backyard driveway. Our dog had a great time in the fenced yard and was worn out from all the walks on the trails. The house had an office that had a futon for a great fourth bedroom. The property was clean and the furnishings were very comfortable. We had 25 people over for a bbq and the outside area was perfect (12 outdoor chairs). The only issue I had was with the telephone pole in the back. Somehow it moved when I was backing out and crunched our back rack. Overall the house met all our needs as advertised and exceeded our expectations. We will be back if they will have us."
