"Six of our immediate family stayed for six days to attend a family wedding. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and with some planning, found the one bath to not be a problem. We walked to local, independent coffee shops (Windy Saddle & Higher Grounds),to dinner each night and to the Coors tour. Most of our party climbed to the top of Table Mountain behind the house. The house owner was very easy to work with - good communication."

"We spent five days in this lovely log home. It was the perfect place to gather for our son's wedding in Evergreen, just ten minutes away. This property is easily accessed, right off the 70 and 40. We found that we preferred to enjoy any free time at the house. We saw a group of deer saunter through the property one morning. My husband and myself, two married sons and their wives, our granddaughter and "groom to be" son all had plenty of space to spread out. The room for our six year old was darling. She had to invite all guests to tour her beautiful room:) The master bedroom and bath are huge! Three full and a half bath made it very easy for us all getting ready for the wedding. Jeri could not be more gracious. She met our future in-laws at the house before our arrival so they could place the welcome gifts out. She even haltered one of her alpacas so that our granddaughter could walk it with her. This home is really high end and the kitchen is fully outfitted. I had an electric mixer to bake a cake for the bride and groom and everything else we could possibly need to prepare meals for our group. The large deck was used for morning coffee, casual lunches and evening relaxing with a glass of wine while the men grilled. We highly recommend this lovely home. We only wish that we could have stayed longer!"

"The best thing about this property has to be the location. I lost my 90 year old mom when she decided to venture out the back yard. (Just kidding!) She discovered the bridge and path to the park behind and went back several times. The house is nicely furnished cute clean and quite spacious accommodating 5 adults and one baby. The high chair was used often and we kept the doggie gate up to keep the crawling baby away from the stairs.
The large backyard was great for a gathering of out of state families and we were able to enjoy our party even with the rain. In addition to a canvas patio the owner even had a pop up canopy for us to use. We had a minor plumbing issue which the owner was quick to respond to.
My only suggestion would be to replace all the bedroom pillows...they are quite flat even when stacked....it.can make a difference in a good night's sleep when away from home. And a few patio chairs should be tossed. The sidewalk out the back has one step that should be removed (a few of us fell even in the daytime)
It's a great little house and I'm so glad I found it. Close to downtown and quiet and plenty of parking. I would certainly recommend the brewmaster house."

"Very convenient for nature lovers, tubing clear creek, or going downtown for the action and festivals. Quiet surroundings and near Train Museum. Make sure to check out all the owners favorite spots - they are good. We'll go there again. Toddler friendly. No stairs inside. Good deal."
