"The best thing about this property has to be the location. I lost my 90 year old mom when she decided to venture out the back yard. (Just kidding!) She discovered the bridge and path to the park behind and went back several times. The house is nicely furnished cute clean and quite spacious accommodating 5 adults and one baby. The high chair was used often and we kept the doggie gate up to keep the crawling baby away from the stairs.
The large backyard was great for a gathering of out of state families and we were able to enjoy our party even with the rain. In addition to a canvas patio the owner even had a pop up canopy for us to use. We had a minor plumbing issue which the owner was quick to respond to.
My only suggestion would be to replace all the bedroom pillows...they are quite flat even when stacked....it.can make a difference in a good night's sleep when away from home. And a few patio chairs should be tossed. The sidewalk out the back has one step that should be removed (a few of us fell even in the daytime)
It's a great little house and I'm so glad I found it. Close to downtown and quiet and plenty of parking. I would certainly recommend the brewmaster house."

"Everything about our stay in this spectacular log home was fantastic. There are so many "extras" that you rarely find in a vacation rental. We had our family Christmas there, and could not have been more pleased. Plenty of room, even the one day we were snowed in; comfortable bedrooms and a great kitchen equipped with everything a cook could possibly need. We honestly didn't want to leave. The property is in easy proximity to skiing, downtown Denver, and Blackhawk/Central City, but most of us preferred to sit by the fire and just relax! Some hardy souls took out the sleds and discs and whizzed down to the barn, where the alpacas looked on intently. It was one of the best family gatherings we've ever had, and we would absolutely recommend this property to others. Jeri was the perfect host!"

"The Colorado mountains are beautiful! Kim's home was also very nice; full of interesting and charming items from around the world. We were greeted by Josh who showed us around and Kim stopped by and contacted me by text just to check in on us once in a while. The view of the mountains with the horses right out back was awesome! The horses were even entertaining at times, especially the little pony. We truly enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, full kitchen, outside grill, and the fireplace. The only thing that didn't cooperate was the weather, it rained and/or snowed every day which we were told was very unusual. That didn't stop us from having a GREAT time! There is plenty to do in the area. The trip up and down the mountain was a treat every time we made it. We made the trip often because we decided to check out as many breweries, wineries and shopping places as possible. We even fit in a hike one day when it wasn't raining as much. We had our black lab, Truman, along for the trip and he enjoyed it as much as we did! Thank you for allowing pets because that is often not an easy thing to find. I recommend the area and Kim's ranch as a vacation destination if you find yourself heading to Colorado!!"
