  • Wonderful location and amenities

"My husband and I selected this condo for our summer location because it was midway between our children and grandchildren. It proved to be ideal in every way. The home is very comfortable and well appointed; the kitchen is perfectly equipped; the dining balcony is delightful and shaded and the lower backyard is a delightful garden. We particulary loved the location for walking. There is a beautiful trail along the creek that opens to a great playground for children. We were also able to walk to many restaurants, cafes and shops. The grassy common area outside the front door was great for our grandsons to play ... and the pool was convenient and delightful. The owners are terrific. They are responsive, friendly and accessable. We will be returning to this 'home away from home' again next year ! Thanks for a great summer !!"

  • Charming getaway

"My family loved this cabin. We have a two year old and four year old. We ate our meals on the deck overlooking the mountains on the days where it was warm enough. The days when it was cold we lit the wood stove and relaxed by the fire. Rocky Mountain National Park is about a 30 minute drive. Close by we hiked part of Crosier Mountain. We also walked the dirt roads around the cabin since there was hardly any traffic. There is also a ranger access road nearby where we enjoyed walking. The place was clean and the kitchen well stocked. There were even spices in the cabinets. Overall my family was very impressed with this place and hope to come back someday."

  • Beautiful setting, wonderful property, and attention to detail

"The Casita was the ideal spot for four old friends to meet up and spend some time together. With every amenity we could possibly want, the house itself is extremely comfortable--but without feeling discordant with its pristine natural environment. My favorite elements are the abundance of natural light pouring though the walls and roof all day long, as well as the huge, well stocked kitchen. We spent much of our visit making and breaking bread with each other. The location is wonderful. The house is situated on the slope of a residential mountainside. The houses are spread out at different elevations, so there is an isolated feeling with plenty of open space. Best of all, the accessibility to Denver made this all very easy. As a host, Scott exceeded our expectations. His attention to detail was definitely noticed, and he worked hard to make sure we we happy. He is clearly invested in the property and the comfort of his guests."

  • Great Heat Escape 2014

"My family and I escaped the Houston heat for July 2014 and stayed at 130 Alpine Dr. After researching several properties in Estes Park, I decided on this one and it did not disappoint. Everything met and in most cases exceeded my expectations. We had plenty of space and the ammenities were fantastic. The views cannot be beat! It truly is a short drive into town but you are far enough away to really enjoy nature."
