"Loved the location. Room w/ bunk beds worked great for our family. Kitchen adequately furnished. Beds comfortable. Unit seemed clean. Keys weren't where they were supposed to be upon arrival, however, & took a while to get in touch with maintenance man. Parking pass wasn't there upon arrival, either, & I had paid $20 to have it fetched. One of my texts to him trying to be let in to the unit was evidently hung up in "cyber space" & he received very early the next morning (I had sent it the prior evening). When he rec'd it, he texted me back complaining that he had been awakened, which actually woke me up. Except for this rocky start, though, we were very pleased with the unit & condition."

"We loved this place! The five minute walk to the metro includes passing by a Giant grocery store, Sticky Fingers Bakery (open until 8:00 pm, so we got late dessert multiple times), and a Starbucks. The apartment is super cute with a big kitchen. As we were traveling with our 4 and 6 year old little ones, we got some breakfast groceries and used the kitchen a lot. We loved the neighborhood feel, as opposed to the hotel tourist feel. Great run down to the monuments-beautiful hilly route down 13th (about 3.2 miles each way-thanks for the tip Elizabeth)."

"We came for the Cherry Blossom Festival. The apartment was close to the Metro. We walked to the Eastern Market. The apartment met our all our needs. The furnishings were complete. There was a grocery store about 4 blocks away that allowed us to grab all the other foods we wanted for snacks, breakfast, etc. Natalie and Colin were great help. I would recommend this apartment for anyone sightseeing. We would recommend anyone coming to visit the Library of Congress, the National Cathedral, and the National Gallery of Art (in addition to the memorials and other museums). The Cherry Blossoms were gorgeous. When we didn't want to walk very far we found Uber was a great way to get to Georgetown and Arlington."

"We stayed a few nights in April for our first trip to DC. We found the apartment charming and comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful, and located close to the Eastern Market and restaurants, Union Station and the Mall. The owners were very pleasant and helpful. We would stay here again!"
