  • Beautiful Condo & Beautiful Area

"For my 60th birthday my husband and I decided to get away and spend a week in Perdido Key. We stayed at Spanish Key. The condo we rented was beautiful and well maintained... very spacious, very comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. Large flatscreen TV's in all the bedrooms and living room. The view of the gulf from the balcony was awesome as are the views from the street side of the condo. The weather wasn't great while we were there, but... it was wintertime. Even so, our time there was very relaxing and we enjoyed every minute. I am looking forward to going back again. Hopefully next time it will be in the spring or summer, but I definitely would go back again in the wintertime as well. There are plenty of things to do in the area and plenty of restaurants to choose from. My three favorite restaurants were The Crab Trap which is within walking distance of the condo, Kitty's in Gulf Shores and The Perdido Key Oyster Bar Restaurant & Marina. The world famous FloraBama Bar is within walking distance of the condo and you can enjoy live music every night. If you are looking for a fantastic getaway and a comfortable, relaxing place to stay then this is the place to go. The beaches are the cleanest, most pristine beaches I have ever seen and I have seen many. I can't wait to go back again!"

  • Awesome time!

"Just finished up our vacation in this condo. The pics do not do this wonderful space (and its amazing views) justice! We vacation all over Florida and Mexico and this condo is one of my favorite places. It is very spacious with killer views from every bedroom plus the living room and kitchen- however nothing beats the waking up to the amazing view from the master bedroom. I will def go back in the future. If you are considering staying here but are undecided- just go for it! You will not be disappointed!"

  • Great early season vacation

"I knew of Palacio from staying next door at Indigo for several years. My source at that building dried up so I set out to find another condo close by at a good price. Did quite a bit of searching across VRBO and decided on Palacio for the location near everything I was familiar with. After sending a few info requests to different owners, I was impressed with the speed of reply I received from Hershel and by the price he was asking (many similar units were more). He made the process very easy and did all he could to provide us with what we needed for our stay. I felt like I asked a thousand questions of him, but he was great to respond to all of them. This building has perfect, easy access to the beach (2 minute walk from your door to the sand) and a great pool that is in the sun most of the day (many other buildings have pools that are shaded and cold). I saw quite a few Palacio employees during the week that seemed helpful and ready to answer questions. The unit itself is great. 3 br, 2 bath with a large master suite. Walk in closet in the master and a very large master bath. The 2nd bath is in the hallway and connected to the larger of the other bedrooms. Tile floors throughout the common areas of the unit and a very good sized balcony overlooking the beach. One of the best features is the large table for 6 on the balcony...we ate most of our meals out there. Everything about the unit was excellent and perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids."
