  • Excellent property!

"This is our second time renting this property, and we would return again and again! The owners are easy to deal with! The condo was VERY clean! The extra details, such as nightlights, some kitchen and bathroom supplies to get you started upon arrival; to the information binder that contains info on restaurants, grocery stores, the condo complex etc. They pay attention to the details!!!!!!!! The addition of an ice maker (stored on the kitchen counter) was a huge convenience. We recommend LuLu's for dining. The wait is long, however, but if you know that ahead of time, it's worth it. LuLu's does a great job of dealing will all types of food allergies too."

  • Absolutely Stunning Condo

"My husband and I have started a tradition by spending Labor Day weekend with our family and decided to give Perdido Fl a try. We have been to Destin, Myrtle Beach, Charleston and Key West and hands down this is the best vacation we have ever had! We loved it so much we will be booking for next year! This condo was absolutely beautiful!! It is so spacious, decorated so beautifully and has top of the line amenities! The Views, oh my goodness, the panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico made us feel like we were touching the ocean from our bedroom all the way to the living room and kitchen!! It was close to many restaurants, parks and even stores, but far away from all the busy hustle of tourists..We even had complimentary chairs and umbrellas! My 13 year old son enjoyed the unlimited DVDs available throughout our whole stay! Karen the owner, was so helpful to me. I wanted to make sure my family enjoyed their vacation and I had so many questions and she was so very nice and very helpful with the whole process. She went Above and Beyond for me that we have decided that we will never go anywhere else for our family vacation! It is definitely a piece of heaven here:) Thank you Karen for making this the best vacation my whole family has ever had! God bless:)"

  • Fantastic Condo!

"My husband and I were so happy that we booked this condo. First, let me say that Roy and Alice are wonderful to work with and always responded to my e-mails in a timely fashion. When we walked in the door of the condo; I was blown away. It's beautiful, very clean and warm and inviting. All three bedrooms are a nice size; the master has a king size bed, one of the guest rooms has a queen and the other guest room has two twin beds. (The bed in the master was very comfortable). All three bathrooms have been updated and there is a full size washer and dryer. As you sit in the living room, you will be facing the floor to ceiling windows and the ocean. The views are amazing. We loved sitting on the balcony in the evening listening to the waves hitting the shore. The beach was not very crowded and it is clean too. We ate at Cobalt's one night and it was very good -it's real close to the condo too. Cotton's was another place we ate at which we also liked. If you are thinking of vacationing in Perdido Key and are looking for a place to stay, you can not go wrong booking this condo It's wonderful; I wish I was still there."

  • Go Low Not High...(Rise)

"I can't say enough about this wonderful condo! It has everything you need for a relaxing and fun vacation. Ground floor location gives you easy access to pool or beach. Riverside gives you a place for your boat and another pool. Walk to great restaurants and Flora-Bama. The owners were the nicest people and very accommodating. My family will go back soon!"
