  • Can't wait to return!

"We had a wonderful stay! Clean and cheery accommodations with beautiful private pool and easy access to the beautiful white sand beaches on the north end of the island. Look forward to our next visit!"

  • Pool home with "wow" factor.

"Wonderful, adorable home and lanai/pool, spotless inside and out. Nothing like coming "home" to a heated pool after a day of sightseeing. Better than the pics. Convenient to beaches and places of interest. Everywhere you go are canals, ports, harbours and beaches, gorgeous sunsets. You need to bring nothing but your clothes and a smile. It will not be easy to say good-bye."

  • Paradise!

"We have been home a little over a week and can't wait to return to the Paradise Beach Home. It is paradise! We have stayed at various condos up and down Manasota Key, but staying in a house was a wonderful change. We arrived at the home in the early evening and were greeted with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and some lovely snacks. After traveling all day, it was a nice surprise. It was great to find a well equipped kitchen with spices (I love to cook) pots and pans, dishes, etc. The wrap around lanai is where we spent a great deal of our time. It was wonderful to sit and have coffee in the morning and dinner at night. We didn't spend much time on the deck as the sun was blazing and there is no shade, but in the cooler months, this would be the place to be! The view is amazing. We saw dolphins almost every day and saw manatees twice, I only wished we could have seen some of the turtles hatch. Maybe next time! Overall, it was the most peaceful and comfortable piece of Old Florida that anyone could ask for."

  • Wonderful Rental Experience

"We stayed in this lovely condo with friends of ours. This condo is the best we have rented. The view is amazing. The furnishings are upscale as is the condo. We had everything we needed and then some. I really felt like I was at home ... actually better than home. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend to our friends. The owner was great to work with and made many great recommendations for us."

Cape Coral Travel Tips

Find Your Quiet Florida Getaway in Cape Coral Vacation Homes

Cape Coral, Florida is not only the largest city in the southwestern portion of this popular vacation state. It offers over 400 miles of waterways that the local population and those staying in Cape Coral vacation homes are able to navigate and explore.

Stay in Cape Coral Vacation Homes for Laid-back Retreats

Cape Coral condos are ideal for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway from the normal hustle and bustle of your traditional tourist hot-spot. Since the local community is largely made up of retirees and transplanted young families, Cape Coral resorts will place you in the middle of a beachfront oasis without the atmosphere of a rowdy college party nearby.

Day Trips from Cape Coral Condos

The city of Cape Coral is connected to Fort Myers, another popular local destination, by two bridges. A simple drive or even cab ride will place you in the middle of a different town full of local merchants and beachfronts, offering a relaxing day near Cape Coral vacation homes.

Many Cape Coral condos will also be located near merchants who rent kayaks, rollerblades and even fishing equipment for family adventures. Consider the activities your family will most likely enjoy before booking your rooms at Cape Coral resorts.

Cape Coral Resorts Offer a Taste of Local Flair

Staying in Cape Coral vacation homes gives you easy access to local businesses, restaurants, shopping and even annual festivals and parades. Grab a local paper after arriving at your Florida condos in Cape Coral, and see which local events your family might enjoy taking part in.

Research local tours, historical sights and even museums and galleries to find the attractions you’ll place on your must-see list. Also, consider that Cape Coral resorts have plenty to offer the romantic couple searching for a quick weekend getaway to reconnect away from the family too.
