  • Top-notch Villa

"This villa is top-notch and feels like home. It has all the amenities that you could want. This was our second year staying at this excellent property and we will be back next year. The listing and photos accurately portray the villa. It is very clean and very well maintained. The owners and property manager are extremely hospitable."

  • Superb!!!! Exceeded Expectations!

"Our 3 generation family enjoyed this home immensely. You will not be disappointed in any manner. The house was exceptionally clean and maintained. The 4 bedrooms accommodated all with space to spare. Three full baths are really handy. We spent hours in the pool and hot tub. Kids even caught a stone crab off the dock -- watch out it bites. We cooked and catered in meals which helped us enjoy the house. This was the best home possible. The owner was most accommodating. We used the home as a base for Sanibel Island, Ding Darling, Peace River Canoeing and Fossil hunting, biking, and loss of fun. We will never forget our week in Paradise. The family from CA, TX, and Wi."

  • Peaceful stay

"My wife and I stayed a Villa Maria for two weeks in November 2014. We loved the open concept, master bedroom and master bath. The tile throughout house is a great idea. Keeps the place clean. Pam, we just loved the area by the canal and our own beautiful, clean, heated pool. Area has easy access to Cape Coral and surrounding areas. We enjoyed grilling out at the lanai and what a pretty setting at night with the pool light turned on. The location is in the northern section of Cape Coral with a grocery shopping area 5 minutes away. Pam was a very delightful owner and communicated with us throughout the process of rental. Thank you again for sharing your home with us......Rod and Mona"

  • Paradise!

"We are currently staying in Allen & Tracey's beautiful home, and sadly leaving in a few days. I have nothing but great things to say about them, and the home! They are so quick to reply and are always there to help. The house is even better than pictured, and so spacious. Very well equipped with everything you need as well. And we love the gated community! So nice and clean. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a getaway to Sunny Florida. You won't be disappointed."

Cape Coral Travel Tips

Find Your Quiet Florida Getaway in Cape Coral Vacation Homes

Cape Coral, Florida is not only the largest city in the southwestern portion of this popular vacation state. It offers over 400 miles of waterways that the local population and those staying in Cape Coral vacation homes are able to navigate and explore.

Stay in Cape Coral Vacation Homes for Laid-back Retreats

Cape Coral condos are ideal for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway from the normal hustle and bustle of your traditional tourist hot-spot. Since the local community is largely made up of retirees and transplanted young families, Cape Coral resorts will place you in the middle of a beachfront oasis without the atmosphere of a rowdy college party nearby.

Day Trips from Cape Coral Condos

The city of Cape Coral is connected to Fort Myers, another popular local destination, by two bridges. A simple drive or even cab ride will place you in the middle of a different town full of local merchants and beachfronts, offering a relaxing day near Cape Coral vacation homes.

Many Cape Coral condos will also be located near merchants who rent kayaks, rollerblades and even fishing equipment for family adventures. Consider the activities your family will most likely enjoy before booking your rooms at Cape Coral resorts.

Cape Coral Resorts Offer a Taste of Local Flair

Staying in Cape Coral vacation homes gives you easy access to local businesses, restaurants, shopping and even annual festivals and parades. Grab a local paper after arriving at your Florida condos in Cape Coral, and see which local events your family might enjoy taking part in.

Research local tours, historical sights and even museums and galleries to find the attractions you’ll place on your must-see list. Also, consider that Cape Coral resorts have plenty to offer the romantic couple searching for a quick weekend getaway to reconnect away from the family too.
