  • Really Enjoyed Our Stay

"We really like staying here. The condo is very well furnished and is amply appointed. The view of the lake and the seventh green is engaging, and occasionally you can even view an eagle perched in the trees beyond the fairway. Location is convenient to the beach and downtown, although traffic in February can be heavy at midday. We found that there is a public trolley system from Summerlin Plaza (corner of Summerlin and San Carlos) which will take you to the beach for 50 cents (25 cents Senior rate). The condo owner has a great selection of beach chairs etc which we were allowed to use, and the trolley has storage racks to take them to the beach. In our February stay the temperature was generally mid 70s to low 80s, so we were at the beach several times. The pool and work-out area are both first rate, well equipped and not overcrowded. We don't golf, but the course seems very well maintained. You can pay a monthly fee to access the course if you wish. This unit is located in a guarded gate community called Colony Club. Most of the residents are retired snowbirds who own their homes. All are very friendly and will greet you as you pass by. We enjoyed this experience very much and we are returning next year. Highly recommend this condo."

  • Great girls getaway!

"The condo owner and rental agency did everything perfect to make sure our stay was very inviting! We had a wonderful time and the property was just beautiful. It was a great location to enjoy the amenities of the Marriott which we really liked. The sunsets are just breath-taking from the lanai. We would highly recommend this particular condo. You won't be disappointed!"

  • Great Community

"The condo is even nicer than the pictures show. The beds and furniture are very comfortable and clean and very well maintained. It has all the cooking gear you need or you can walk to several restaurants & bars. Publix is across the street. I have stayed in this community before and love it, but this is the most comfortable condo. Located right at the junction to go either to Sanibel Island or to Ft. Myers Beach. It is the perfect location and I would highly recommend this rental. Donna and Jim are nice people and easy to work with. We stayed the month of January and loved it."

  • A month is too short!

"We enjoyed our month at your house. As we were 4 couples, it was appreciated that there was parking for 4 full sized vehicles. The house is modern, clean and well laid out for a large group. There was space for privacy and/or group activities. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed daily. The sunsets over the pool and pond behind were beautiful. We enjoyed our meals and the quiet evenings out in the lanai. The golf course is excellent. We made use of the membership. The Town Hall provides a well-equipped exercise room and a pool large enough for laps. There is a play area for children. I would recommend this house and may be back!"
