  • Sugarloaf + Moose Crossing Condo = Great Vacation!

"Our family has been skiing and staying at Sugarloaf since the mid 1970's. Sugarloaf is a fun mountain with skiing for everyone and all abilities. This year we found Moose Crossing Condo and we're glad we did. Plenty of room for my parents, my two children, husband and myself. The condo is ski-in & ski-out from the Snubber Lift. It is just as pictured, clean and comfortable. Cook-in if you like; the kitchen has plenty of dishes, cookware and is fully applianced. If you prefer to eat out, no need to drive, take the Sugarloaf Shuttle. We always go to Gepetto's in Village West for dinner one night. And don't miss The Bag's brick oven pizza. We loved that this condo community has it's own pool house with pool, sauna, hot tubs and game room and visited it each day after skiing. The living area is so cozy complete with a fireplace and wood. We appreciated the cable tv and wireless internet. And when we finally called it a day, we were all pleased to find the beds so comfortable. Thank you Lynn and Jeff for a great stay."

  • Fantastic property!

"We loved our time at this lakefront property. This beautiful, spacious home is nestled in the woods on a sandy beach with gorgeous views of the cove and the lake. The deck and dock are perfect for jumping in the water or just soaking up the sun. The yard is totally private, making for a very relaxing getaway. The property is exactly as pictured in the listing, except the beach area is even nicer in person. Additionally, the owner of this property was accommodating and easy to work with. He was informative and readily available for questions. We loved our stay at this house and would return in a second."

  • Outstanding week by the Lake!

"My wife and I recently rented the cottage for the week along with our two sons (10 & 12) and four of their friends. The Cottage is tucked back at the end of a private road in Sebago State Park along with only 6 other cottages. Private & quiet but not isolated. Being right in the park was ideal. Kids had access to miles of nearby trails and a choice of 3 spots to enjoy the lake. The main state park beach was only a 5 minute walk and there are clean bathrooms, picnic tables and grills that you can use. However, the spot that everyone loved was the small beach that was literally a minute walk directly behind the cottage. The kids played beach soccer, football, floated on the inner tubes we brought and did what 12 years olds do-run around non stop. We had the beach mostly to ourselves the entire time. The cottage itself had plenty of room for everyone to relax. Four bedrooms and a large room with comfortable cots provided the kids multiple sleeping options. Two full bathrooms/showers along with complimentary shampoo/conditioner kept the kids smelling (relatively) fresh. In the cottage, the owners Scott and Pam thought of every detail, large and small to make for an enjoyable stay-Split firewood for the firepit, charcoal and ligher fluid for the grill, horeshoe pit, canoe, kayaks, hammock, plenty of outdoor furniture and the "little" things like new sponges, dish detergent, clothes detergent and even flashlights that the kids used on their night hikes were greatly appreciated. We particulary loved the large DVD collection. The kids watched a different movie each night and was a great way to get them to have some down time. The other highlight was our nightly "smore" making party as we relaxed and talked about the day. The location to other towns/activiites/restaurants is excellent. We went to a nearby amusement park one day played a few rounds of mini golf another and grabbed ice cream at the Naples Causeway. We ate out a few times but cooked at the cottage the majority of the time. The nearby Umbrella Factory Supermarket(Tony C's) while small, was perfect for stocking up on supplies. Communication with Scott and Pam was prompt and professional at every stage of the process. Extremely pleasant and helpful. Their efforts in making sure we had what we needed did not go unnoticed. If you are looking for a true lake cottage expereince where you can spend some quality time with friends or family this is the ideal place."

  • Gorgeous house and stunning views!

"This house was gorgeous inside and out- it had fantastic views from the floor-to-ceiling windows on the mountain facing side (including the two-story living room), and a stunning breakfast bar (likely made from a tree from the property, though I'm not sure on that one!). The rooms were all good-sized and most had their own temperature control so everyone could stay comfortable, and the three full bathrooms were useful for large groups. We had stunning views of the foliage, and I can imagine it being gorgeous in the winter or summer as well! Our group of 9 adults was very comfortable, and I think another one or two could have stayed without anyone needing a top bunk; for families with teens or children, 13 would be comfortable. The owner was accommodating and responsive to work with on our stay. The only cons/things to be aware of: the walls were on the thin side so conversations carry pretty well through the house - we turned our fan on so it took a lot of noise to bother us, though! Also, 4WD is recommended in the winter but the driveway is pretty steep - those of us with manual transmissions got the trick down pretty quickly of hitting the driveway in second gear to make it up all the way, but I would drive an automatic if you can! Overall, we had an awesome, fun stay, and thought the house was better than the wedding venue :-)"
