"Ten adults (4 couples, 2 singles) stayed in the house for 4 nights, and explored Glacier Park and the surrounding area during the days. It was convenient to the Park (about 20-30 minutes), stores (5 minutes), airport (15 minutes) and still felt isolated (very important to us). We visited and played cards on the deck, relaxed in the Jacuzzi, cooked meals in the great kitchen and grill, and several of us made a point of enjoying the master bath shower. For us, it was the perfect base; we were out all day, everyday. We had a nights sleep; we visited at breakfast times and we knew we were coming back to a really nice house. I have picky siblings, and everyone still liked the house."

"Owner is a pleasure to work with and she had everything we needed! Hardest part of this trip is temps were extremely high for the area 90's and the home did not have A/C. Once the weather cooled down at night we opened all the windows to let the cooler air in. We definitely will return!"

"Took the family to Montana in July for an adventure in Glacier National Park. Our stay at this wonderful log cabin was icing on the cake. We had four adults and three children and the fit couldn't have been better. The adults got bedrooms and the kids got a fantastic loft. We had absolutely everything we needed, including a washer and dryer to keep up with all the laundry after lots of hiking. The cabin is wonderfully located between Kalispell and Columbia Falls, with an easy drive to Big Fork or Whitefish. There is a great grocery store in Columbia Falls - very convenient. There was plenty to do for all, so much so that we couldn't fit it all in. We went hiking in Glacier, rafting, fly fishing, took the kids to the water slides in Columbia Falls, more hiking .... Maybe the best part was sitting outside on the porch that wraps around three sides of the cabin and watching the deer wander through the yard. We had a fabulous time on our Montana vacation and would definitely recommend this property"

"Jean has created a magical place with many thoughtful, understated touches. Not only is the location ideal for Glacier NP adventures, river rafting, hiking, swimming, dining... but each day on Jean's property brings new discoveries. It's the little things: a small fan for each bedroom, a croquet set for low-key family fun, freshly picked plums from the grove on site, the hammock... even properly working wifi. This very special property creeps into your soul, providing guests with a truly special, deeply Montanan experience. Jean is a marvelous host who, although she lives on site (in a separate dwelling), allows renters their own space both indoors and outside. We couldn't have been happier with our Northwest home, far away from our own Northeast home."
