  • Great location, floor plan, and setting!

"We recently returned from spending 12 days in this lovely well appointed home in Incline Village. The open floor plan upstairs worked well for our group of 5 adults. We were impressed with how clean the house was when we arrived. All of the beds were very comfortable (appreciated having 2 king beds and 2 twins), the kitchen was well stocked, and the furniture looked new and was very attractive in the wooded setting. Our adult children enjoyed long hikes, disc golf, Incline beach, the Hyatt, and many great restaurants nearby. (Austin's in Incline and Soule Domain near Crystal Bay) Julie was very helpful and easy to reach with any questions. Staying at #17 CCV made our trip to Incline and Lake Tahoe very memorable. We look forward to returning next July, 2015!"

  • Large family reunion

"We held a very large family reunion that included people from age 10 months to 82 years old. The property had ample bedrooms on both floors to accommodate the need for quiet rooms and ground floor rooms. There was a large dining table and extra folding chairs along with a high chair, booster seat and a pack and play for the young ones. We had plenty of room to spread out both inside and out, along with a living room large enough for us all even if some were on the floor. I would definitely book this property again for a large group or for several families to share."

  • A perfect spot for one (as I was) or six!

"The owners of this condo have done everything just right. Immaculate and up to date. Everything one could need is present. I felt at home, very safe and secure as I was on my own. The underground parking is a major perk especially if you find yourself here in the winter. If you are skiers this spot is just where you want to be!"

  • All the Comforts of Home

"We loved the walking trail wonderful nearby park to keep our active boys busy between runs up to Mt. Rose. The furnishings were great and all the details were well provided for. The bedrooms are spacious and the blackout blinds were a very thoughtful touch. The kitchen worked well for us for breakfasts and lunches and we enjoyed a number of dinners at the Twisted Fork around the corner."

Nevada Travel Tips

Activities and Attractions at Nevada Luxury Home Rentals

If it's the bright lights of the Las Vegas strip that attract you to Nevada, you won't be disappointed. The many hotels, entertainment centers and casinos have a reputation for fun and excitement. Try your luck at the table or slot machines. You can also take in a show or see a live performance of your favorite artist. From Las Vegas vacation rentals, a great day excursion is to drive to the Hoover Dam. This impressive structure is one of the highest dam walls ever built. The hydro-electric system at the dam provides electricity to more than 20 million people in Las Vegas and Southern California. Other interesting sites nearby are Red Rock Canyon which has great rock climbing routes.

If you are visiting during the winter months, you may be surprised to know that there is a ski resort within an hour's drive of Las Vegas. Mount Charleston has some excellent downhill ski runs and snowboarding trails. Perhaps the better known region for skiing is the far northwest in the area surrounding Lake Tahoe. There are several top ski resorts that together have miles of cross country and downhill skiing trails. In the summertime, outdoor adventurers can explore the many hiking trails in the region. On the southern lakeshore, there are several casinos and resorts where you can try your luck. In the more rural parts of Nevada, there are miles of back roads exploring interesting landscapes. There are also numerous areas with biking and hiking trails to explore.

Best Time of Year to Visit Nevada Lodging

Even though Nevada has four distinct seasons, it is a year-round vacation destination. The summer months are hot and great for water sports and sightseeing. Outdoor activities can also be enjoyed as long as you are cautious of the midday heat. In the spring and autumn seasons, the temperatures are a little milder without being too cold. This is actually the ideal time of year to hit the trails. In the winter months, you can head to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe or Mount Charleston. Naturally, in the casino cities of Reno and Nevada, there are no off seasons. Entertainment and fun happens all year.

Fun for Everyone in Nevada

Nevada is a state that has something for everyone. City slickers can enjoy the bright lights and casinos in Las Vegas, Reno and Lake Tahoe. Nature lovers can enjoy exploring the many nature trails and back roads. In the winter months, many skiing enthusiasts come to Nevada to enjoy the world-class skiing offered at the various resorts.
