  • We loved it !

"The view is amazing, any time of the day. The house is very clean, big rooms, great decor. It's not too far from downtown and yet it is so quiet. The waterfront is a pebble beach. My kid had so much fun throwing pebbles in the lake. The owners were available and very kind. I was there with my husband and my daughter who is 3 years old. We all loved it. You will be pleased !"

  • Relaxing stay on Lake Champlain

"Our family enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was a great location to venture out from for day trips. We enjoyed swimming at Point Au Roche state park, day trips to Burlington/Montpelier VT via the ferry, Almanzo Wilder homestead and the locks on the St Lawrence Seaway and Montreal. Ice cream from the Happy Pike down the street and coffee at Conroys Organic on Rt 9 were nice treats. Spent almost every morning by the lake reading and watching the sun rise, very relaxing! Cabin was clean and maintained. No problems with making the reservations and quick responses when we had questions. The kids were a little put off by the sulfur water smell during showers but that kept them short. The wi-fi was spotty. We would come back if we venture that way again."

  • Beautiful Lake Front House

"This is a warm, friendly house with a great open floor plan. The upstairs bedroom has awesome bunk beds for the kids and the downstairs bed rooms are clean and comfortable. A highlight is the large central fireplace that we used every night. The house is removed from the main road (route 9) by a long, narrow driveway, giving it a real secluded feel. A small grassy backyard leads to the beach which has nice, deep sand, great for kids (and adults). Lots of beach/water toys, all the buckets, shovels, and assorted sand gear. The water is clear and shallow, mostly sandy/muddy and good for swimming. Other than getting a bit shallow it's a great spot to pull up boats and park at the dock or on the beach. Huge screened in porch and the outdoor shower is awesome. I took most of my showers out there. The kitchen is mostly new and decently appointed, though there is very little in the way of glassware (only 2 actual glasses in whole house - the rest is various kinds of plastic), but everything you need for general family food and drink. The owners are cool people, accessible and responsive, and overall I would highly recommend this place. We would like to come back again."
