"Great apartment with great views of Central Park. Desk and doorman always on hand to help. Fitness center and pool were available. The best part was the great location, walking distance to some of the best restaurants in the world, Central Park activities, and of course all of the Broadway shows. Subway was close to explore other parts of the city and of course my wife and daughter enjoyed all the wonderful shopping. More shoes, really?????"

"This apartment made our extended stay in New York the complete vacation experience we had dreamed of. The configuration of this charming place renders it more spacious than the advertised 600 square feet suggest, and its proximity to museums and parks provided us easy access to numerous interesting sights within short walking distance. Indeed, exploring the shops and restaurants of the vicinity was itself an enrichment to the experience of living as visitors to a trendy New York area. And at the end of each day such a nice place to come home to. Never another hotel if we can avoid it."

"My family (2 adults, 2 kids) had a wonderful time in NYC while staying at Marie-Line's apartment. The apartment is spacious, quiet, safe, and welcome to come back to after a day of touring. The apartment is on the top (third) floor and you have a private entrance. We visited during the summer and the A/C kept the apartment cool in the evenings when we were there. We prepared breakfast in the kitchen -- coffee maker, pans for eggs, and toaster are available. The WiFi worked without problem. There is a grocery (Union Market) a 3-4 min. walk away.
The apartment is a two minute walk from 7th Ave in Brooklyn/Park Slope. There are many shops and restaurants to visit. 7th Ave isn't as busy as Manhattan, which for me was a needed change after several days touring in Manhattan. The apartment is also a short walk from Prospect Park, which is pleasant to stroll and has playgrounds for kids.
As many people said, there is easy access to the subway, a 5-10 min walk and a 20 min ride into Manhattan. We took the R, Q, and F lines. The bus also runs up and down 7th Ave in case you want an inexpensive ride. If you have a Subway Metrocard, that works with the bus too. Taxis and Uber are readily available.
We would stay here again for a visit to NYC. Thanks Marie-Line!"

"Great little condo had everything you could ask for. Very comfortable and bright but a little on the noisy side if you're staying in one of the units at the front of the building. A restaurant and pub downstairs. Walking distance to more restaurants, pubs, shopping, groceries, liquor store and points of interest. The M15 Bus stops right outside the door to the business district and waterfront or walk to 1st to catch the bus all the way up to Harlem or everything in between. I'm glad we chose this neighborhood, we felt like locals and wouldn't stay anywhere else!"
