LOVED IT!! Perfect place to get away from it all!!
"We had a group of 7, my husband and I, our 3 teenage children and my parents stay for 4 nights at this lodge. We were all extremely impressed by it. There was plenty of room for us all to stretch out and have our own space. The swing was a blast, even my parents in their 60's enjoyed it! It made for some great memories!! We went on a 22 mile guided bike ride from the Ski Bowl Adventure Park and enjoyed the Zig Zag River up the road to swim in. The weather was extremely hot, in the mid 90's but the cabin stayed pretty cool all day long due to the tall trees shading it. We felt completely secluded with the dense forest. There are so many amazing things about this place, you'll just have to go and experience it for yourself. We will be back and look forward to sharing it with our family again!! Thank you for sharing your amazing home with us!"

"I planned a rafting trip in Maupin, OR and rented this home for the weekend as a mini vacation spot. The house was everything that I wanted and more. Even better was the excellent communication with Pete about the home from day 1. The house was great for five teens, my boyfriend and I. We loved that the home is pet friendly as our dogs are part of the family and we hate to leave them behind. My daughter stayed back from rafting to watch them as she does not care to be on the water. We loved the lower deck and also that you really can hear the river from the house. We used the BBQ for dinners and that was very convenient. The home was clean and stocked with all the supplies that we needed. It was very close to stores when we needed to pick up groceries. The amenities of the house were just perfect. My son lounged in the hammock while other teens played badminton and later on I enjoyed the hot tub with my boyfriend. We also liked the pool table in the other bldg. That was also a nice spot to hang out in. You can tell they put a lot of work in their property. It is well cared for and a very nice place to be. Our weekend was absolutely perfect. I plan to go back next summer when we go rafting again."

"I've been renting cabins near Mount Hood regularly for several years now and I find Mt Hood Alpine Chalet to be one of the best for a party of 6.
The chalet is great looking, clean, and had everything we needed and more! Beds were super comfortable. The location is also great in a quiet and kid friendly community.
We managed to go mountain biking one day, and skiing the next! Definitely recommended for anyone wanting to stay close to the Sandy Ridge mountain biking trails: the trailhead is only a couple miles away.
Loved the washer/dryer and the hot-tub during relaxation time!!
Can't wait to come back!"
