"We truly enjoyed our long weekend for Memorial Day in this beautiful home and will most assuredly be renting this house again. From the moment we arrived, it was apparent that the owners had truly attended to every detail to ensure a relaxing and joyous stay; those special touches made this wekeend an unforgetable experience and were appreciated by all. I feel that nowadays there are few pet friendly homes that are fairly priced making it difficult to escape on a budget. This house is absolutely beautiful and has it all and the price is very reasonable. The forest setting is a natural and serene sanctuary, allowing you to let all your worries drift away with view and sounds of the river from your bed or the hottub. I loved being under a canopy of tall firs. The house is very comfortable and has an charm and intimacy in all of the common areas and each bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked and quite modern. We enjoyed ping pong and just relaxing around the house or sitting along the river. Fully socked with games, movies and wood for a cozy fires both inside or in the fire pits. Close to the market and wilderness adventures close by and in every direction. Thank you for a most memorable retreat and we look forward to our next visit. The owners are attentive and highly responsive by email."

"I've been renting cabins near Mount Hood regularly for several years now and I find Mt Hood Alpine Chalet to be one of the best for a party of 6.
The chalet is great looking, clean, and had everything we needed and more! Beds were super comfortable. The location is also great in a quiet and kid friendly community.
We managed to go mountain biking one day, and skiing the next! Definitely recommended for anyone wanting to stay close to the Sandy Ridge mountain biking trails: the trailhead is only a couple miles away.
Loved the washer/dryer and the hot-tub during relaxation time!!
Can't wait to come back!"

Peaceful cabin nestled in the woods next to a babbling Creek
"Such a peaceful get away from the day to day hustle and bustle yet close enough to do day trips to Portland for shopping. We absolutely loved just sitting on the deck listening to the creek and the occasional soak in the hot tub. This cabin was somewhat more solitary than many cabins in the area with forest vegetation right up to the building. Sounds of nature were all around and one evening even the occasional sounds of a peacock. We're already contemplating a return trip in the fall or winter! Thank you for opening up your home to our family."
