"I've been renting cabins near Mount Hood regularly for several years now and I find Mt Hood Alpine Chalet to be one of the best for a party of 6.
The chalet is great looking, clean, and had everything we needed and more! Beds were super comfortable. The location is also great in a quiet and kid friendly community.
We managed to go mountain biking one day, and skiing the next! Definitely recommended for anyone wanting to stay close to the Sandy Ridge mountain biking trails: the trailhead is only a couple miles away.
Loved the washer/dryer and the hot-tub during relaxation time!!
Can't wait to come back!"

"I was looking for a place to celebrate my sister's 60th birthday when I saw this listing which would accommodate the four sisters and our 5 daughters. Not only was this a surprise party for my sister (and she was surprised as we had not all been together for 18 years), but we were all surprised and elated with the accommodations. Loved the open floor plan, the hot tub in the screened in room and the back deck. We spent five nights. We had ample towels and bedding. The home is close to Timberline and Skibowl which we visited - Also enjoyed Mt. Hood Coffee Roasters (less than 10 minutes away) and their tour. We ranged in ages from 24 to 66. Thank you Becca for such a beautiful retreat which truly felt like home!"

"We pulled up at Dancing Bear Cabin set amongst the trees. In the grassy front yard woodland flowers were just coming into bloom. Immediately we felt we'd come home to nature. We were excited to open the heavy front door and find out what lay within. This exceeded our expectations. The kitchen is cozy (but has a table big enough to seat our family of 5 plus one guest) and well equipped. The main room has a beautiful stone fireplace, 2 couches, 2 rocking chairs, cushions, and fleecy blankets aplenty. There are 3 bedrooms with plenty of bedding (very tasteful PENDLETON blankets and drapes throughout the cabin.) My youngest son was eager to explore outside and we discovered a deck with a bridge crossing a stream and a wild garden beyond. Great fun! This is a perfect place for a family or friends who want to explore the outdoors and then come home to an evening of quiet with space to read, play a game of cards, reflect and share good times. Mount Hood is close by and when we were there, there was an abundance of snow at Timberline. Our family had a wonderful time here."
