Unit 114 is beachfront Kihei -w perfect sunsets and wonderful fresh mornings -
Remodeled and upgraded w/ granite countertops, new cabinets, crown molding- our unit is new ! Stainless appliances- Plan to enjoy direct, sandy beachfront privacy from the lanai of this ground-floor, corner Sugar Beach Resort unit. Bathroom remodeled 2016 - floor tile upgraded. The extra livingroom window adds natural light - corner unit. Family friendly resort.

The beach in front stretches for seven miles - most of it without buildings. Take a beach walk in the morning - then enjoy great sunsets from your lanai. The unit is completely furnished - fully-equipped kitchen - . The unit has a hide-a-bed in the living room with a memory foam mattress -very comfortable! And a new Cal_King size bed in the bedroom. The unit accommodates 4 persons easily.. We also have a new w/d - full size. Added new window coverings 2022. Sugar Beach Resort has a new look - new paint, new a/c system and new windows - and the landscaping is tropical and lovely. Parking is unassigned and free.
Sugar Beach Resort has 216 units - most are in rental programs. The complex is located in North Kihei - convenient to the airport, Paia and Upcountry There is also a clothing store, massage spa and a small restaurant in the commercial area. Owner and cleaning staff are very helpful and accommodating!. Just steps to the stainless grills for food prep/grill. Steps to the pool and beach. Unit could benefit by having a bigger TV but the one there works great. Location is central for driving all over island. Would return for 2 people use. AnytimeCan snorkel off beach if surf calm. A reef about 100 feet out has tropical fish and some turtles. Lovely corals. When turbulent, the water is sandy with less visibility. Nice pool and hot tub!

Excellent rental. Location on the island and within the property was perfect. Has all the amenities you need. Great communication with property manager. Will definitely stay here again.

This location was absolutely perfect. Ground floor with the ocean literally right outside our sliding doors. The ocean sounds were so peaceful, all night long. Our host answered questions promptly. The condo was clean, bed soft, but comfy. She has everything you'd need. We will 100% stay here again!!!

This is a wonderful property. There was plenty of room for the two of us and the bed was very comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. We loved that we could walk out the door, cross the lawn and be on the beach. Sugar Beach itself is stunning, with beautiful gentle waves and sand stretching in both directions. Joan, our Host, was wonderful. Her communication, directions, and follow up were excellent. There is a beautiful swimming pool that we enjoyed and a cafe/bar near the pool. We will stay here again when we return to Maui.

We had a great stay! It was so wonderful being on the 1st floor with everything we needed to make ourselves comfortable. I found this location to be very convenient to all areas of the island, as this was our first time we wanted to check everything out. highly recommend and would stay again if I'm back in Maui.

Unit 114 has been in the same family since 1977. Unit 114 feels very private with its views of Wailea to West Maui Mountains - but is convenient to the pool and BBQ.

Sugar Beach Resort has a great pool area - one of the best in Kihei - the pool is heated and large. Early evenings are wonderful at Sugar Beach Resort -sit in the hottub and look at the beach and ocean - the sunsets are magical.
