Recently updated, it features a brand-new back deck where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful mountain view. The deck also has a new gas fire pit, a hammock, and new porch furniture. The cabin has new beds and a hot tub that overlooks the property.

The character and charm of this beautifully decorated antique cabin will take you back in time—but it won’t leave you there. It has all the comforts of home and then some. This newly remodeled, real log cabin will leave you breathless and wanting to stay longer. An infrared sauna that fits five people will leave you refreshed and renewed. Enjoy the private setting and nearby trails for hiking and biking. Horseback riding is only 12 minutes away and is fun for the whole family. Downtown Helen is close by, with charming shops and excellent international restaurants.

Notes

- Dogs only: Approved low-shedding breeds only. Dogs must be potty trained, under 50 lbs, and limited to 2 per stay.

- Not permitted: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Bullmastiffs, high-shedding or large breeds, and cats.

- Standard pet fee: $150 per pet.

- Long-term pet fee for stays of 7 or more days: $35 per day, per pet. Confirm pet terms with the property manager, as breed and shedding factor into approval.

- Pets may not be left unattended, tied up outside, or allowed on furniture or beds. Guests must provide their own pet bed or crate and clean up after their pets.

- The cabin is seasonally decorated for Christmas, including a Christmas tree, right after Thanksgiving. Decorations are taken down right after the New Year’s holiday.

- Complimentary essentials are provided to get you started: 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 trash bags, 2 laundry pods, 1 bath soap per bathroom, and 1 pack of coffee. Please bring extra supplies and any other items you may need for your stay.

- The cabin does not have a dishwasher, so dishes must be hand-washed.

- Firewood is available for fire pit delivery: $39.96 plus tax for three bundles of firewood (Monday–Friday only).
